Chapter 8 - Intense Filming

1 week later

Connors P.O.V

Emily had just fallen asleep with her head on my chest and my arms around her petite body (she slept over yesterday) She was like a sister to us but I felt more towards her. I just loved everything about her and I only met her last week. I was excited, we had decided that tomorrow em would go home and get some things for her to film covers with us.

On Emily's channel we're doing Break Free by Ariana Grande and on our channel we're doing Rude by Magic. I think Emily might need one of us to be in a music video for her cover of 'just give me a reason' and the rest of us to film it. Should be a productive day!

My arm has stopped hurting and looks okay, it's a little bruised but nothing major. I can move it now and it only hurts if you touch it too hard so that's good. I'm out of a sling now and can play bass again!

I eventually fell asleep with my head on Ems. I woke up to the smell of bacon and the sound of camera clicks. I opened my eyes to see tris and brad taking photos of me and em and James in the kitchen cooking bacon. "Stop!" I said putting my hand in front of the camera then buried my head into Ems hair.

"I'm posting this when they get together!" They said. "You two are so cute!" Brad and tris squealed and me and em blushed. "BREAKFAST!" James shouted from the kitchen, we all ran in there and sat down. "Thanks jemes!" Em said, that is her new nick name for him.

"What's the plan?" Tris said and emily explained the plan of the day to him. "Well me and con are gonna go to mine, I'm gonna shower and change then grab some filming stuff and come back here to do our covers!" She said. "K!" Brad and tris said. "Oh, also can someone be in my music video for 'just give me a reason' please? And then the rest can help film?" Emily said and put on a puppy dog face. "Yeah," we all said.

Tris, brad and James had to clear up whilst me and Emily drove back to hers in our pjs. She showered and came out in light blue jeans, and a maroon jumper. "Gorgeous!" I stated and she blushed. "What's that?" I asked her as she had a T-Shirt in her hand. "Well I'm wearing this for the singing bit, then I'll change into this top for the 'couple' bit" she smiled and packed her bag. "Ready?" I said and she nodded handing me some filming stuff and we drove back to mine.

I got into the flat and ran straight for the shower. Emily laughed and set up her camera in the lounge ready for her music video. She also set up the other camera and mic in the music room ready for our covers.

"You boys ready??" Em shouted from the music room. We didn't reply but instead ran in there. She set up our microphones in the usual positions and brad said she could share his. We started with break free and it went well. We then did rude where we adjusted the camera so em could play piano too. It only took a few attempts to get it all right.

"Okay who wants to be in my video?" Emily asked. "what will we do?" James replied. "Um, basically you have to be my boyfriend for the day!" Emily laughed. "Connor will!" Tris shouted. "Uh, yeah sure," I said.

Emily's P.O.V

We went to the park down the road and filmed my lip syncing bit. Then we did a bit where we were hugging and laughing. We decided to head back and filmed the selfie scene. Basically we took cute selfies and I kissed cons cheek. At one point we looked into each others eyes, and his eyes twinkled, we got caught in the moment and found ourselves leaning in. I closed my eyes as my lips met Connors. It was short but sweet. I pulled away and blushed, smiling. The boys then started screaming and 'aww'ing and that's when we realised they were still here. I also realised it was filming.

Connors P.O.V

I got caught in the moment and found myself closing my eyes and leaning in. Forgetting everything else in the world. Our lips met and it was a short, sweet kiss but it was the best kiss I've ever had. She pulled away smiling and blushing and that's when the boys started cheering and saying we're cute.

"Should we do the last bit now?" Emily said still embarrassed but you could tell she was happy. I certainly was! The last scene neither of us liked to film but we had to for the song. It was where I just ignore em. We finished the filming and we all cheered. That was the most intense filming ever, well from the kiss onwards the boys didn't make it too comfortable.

"Em, can we talk?" I said pulling her into the kitchen. "What's up," she said sweetly. "I don't know if you felt something, but I did, and I was wondering, would you maybe like to go to dinner tomorrow?" I asked her nervously. "Connor, I would love to!" Replied and kissed my cheek as we hugged.
