A Xiaother AU
It was lunch break at YWY High, and the halls were buzzing with life. However, a few people - namely, Chen Pinxuan, Wang Xinming, and Zheng Yuxin - decided to stay inside an empty classroom. Just as they were enjoying the peaceful silence, Chengxuan barged into the room. She slammed her hands down on poor Pinxuan's desk. The girl, who originally lay face down on the desk, drowsily looked up at her and groaned. Wang Xinming almost dropped the popsicle she was eating.
"Listen up!" she yelled.
"What again, Wang Chengxuan?" asked Zheng Yuxin.
"I have an important announcement to share with you guys."
"What is it?"
"I'm going to be a flower girl for Yu Shuxin's wedding."
Zheng Yuxin's jaw dropped. Pinxuan suddenly sat up with eyes wide open. Xinming choked on her popsicle and had to be patted on the back.
"WHAT?!" Xinming screamed. "YOU ARE GOING TO BE A FLOWER GIRL AT YU SHUXIN'S WEDDING?! THE ACTRESS ESTHER YU SHUXIN?!"
"Shhhh!!!" Chengxuan said, putting a finger to her lips. "Don't scream it that loud!"
"But, but, but... It's Yu Shuxin!!!!" said Pinxuan. "How did all of this happen? Who are you???"
"You guys might wanna buckle up for this story," Chengxuan said nervously. "There are things that I haven't really told you guys about."
"What haven't you told us about?" Xinming nervously asked.
"Well... you guys know I'm adopted by two moms, right?"
"Obviously."
"My mothers are Daimeng and Yu Yan."
"WHAT?! Daimeng as in the best lawyer in China and Yu Yan as in the Major General???"
"Yes, and they are friends with Liu Yuxin, Xu Jiaqi, and Zhao Xiaotang since they were our age."
"What does that got to do with you throwing flowers at Yu Shuxin's wedding?"
"Yu Shuxin is marrying Zhao Xiaotang."
"Zhao Xiaotang as in Zhao Cooperations ???"
"Yes."
"Oh my god!!!"
Pinxuan's head spun. She hadn't had a wink of sleep last night because it's exam season and there's a lot of stress upon her shoulders. When Chengxuan revealed that she was going to be a flower girl at the one and only Yu Shuxin's wedding and that her mothers are Diamond and Yu Yan, the world suddenly became too much for poor Pinxuan to handle.
So she fainted.
"Pinxuan! Pinxuan!"
Good thing the other girls caught her or else she would have fallen off of her chair.
"Great, Chengxuan!" Xinming sighed exasperatedly. "I think you finally managed to break Pinxuan!"
