Chapter 8: White Haired Twins

6:10AM

I wake up from passing out and see the ship is wrecked. I look around and see Akio and Akihito trying to get some rubble of Lucius and Dahlia. I rush toward them and see that the brother and sister were unconscious underneath the rubble. "Can you give us a hand?" Akio asks and I notice his clothing is ripped and Akihito's clothing were in the same condition. I start taking off the pieces of metal on top of Lucius and Dahlia.

Once we finish getting the last piece of metal off them I kneel next to them and check for vital signs. I let out a sigh of relief when I prove that they are just unconscious. "Well, what are they ok?" Akio said clearly anxious. "They're fine, help me wake them up." I tell the boys. They start shaking the unconscious pair and the pair wake up startled. "What happened, guys?" said Dahlia while she looked around at our crashed aircraft."It seems someone tried to kill us." said Akihito. Just as he finishes his sentence we hear a space ship landing. We all quickly run out of our ship.

When I got out the ship I five people come down the landing of their ship. The first to come out was a tall, blond man. He wore a dark cloak and a gray shirt with black pants inside. Next came what seemed to be white haired twins. They were dressed in all black, the outfits were seem to be identical except that the boy was wearing more layers, than his female twin. Right behind them were two men, a Yavapai and Raudian. The Yavapai were lizard people, the one that was in front of me had green and gray scales. The Raudian was hard to miss, the people of Raudo were like bubble gum. The Raudian had pink skin and was bald, he was in his original state and was really skinny.

"Now, I would very much like it you could cooperate with me and my companions." said the white haired girl. "Who the hell are you?" Lucius yells at the girl. "Hey! I said to cooperate. I'll give you one more chance before I make my companions tie you up and torture you!" the girl retorted. "To answer your question, my name is Yamiko Akuma and this here is my brother Karasu Akuma." she said gesturing to herself and her brother. "I'm guessing you have the capability to introduce yourselves." Yamiko said toward the members of her ship. "Loki Krieger, Blume." said the blond man. "Hello, I'm Fuwafuwa from the planet Raundo." said the Raudian beaming a smile. "I am Siksika from Yavapai." said the lizard man.

“Now, that we’ve introduced ourselves would you please come into my ship and we can make up a deal.” Yamiko said. “Why should we trust you, weren’t you the ones to shoot us down?” I said untrusting. “Well, we’re the only ones that can fix your ship, so you’ll have to trust us or we’ll leave you here in this barren planet.” said Yamiko. “I’ll give you five minutes to decide among yourselves.” she said and went back into the ship with her brother, but the others stayed outside guarding the ship entrance.  “What are we going to do, Feli?” asked Lucius.

“I don't know, guys. I really don't want to go in their ship, but I think is our only option.” I said. “We can’t survive in this planet for long and the comms were destroyed in the crash.”  I look toward the other ship’s crew. They didn’t look like bad people. Fuwafuwa had a smile as he talked to Siksika, they seemed to be friends. Then, I looked at Loki and saw a nonchalant look plastered on him. I walked toward him and my friends followed, whispering “what are you doing?” When I reached him, he looked at me and then the rest of the crew. “Have you made your decision, yet?” Loki asked in a flat voice. “I have a question to ask you first.” I told him. He nodded his head, as to mean ‘go ahead.’ “Do you trust the twins?” I asked him. “If by that you mean that they will keep their promise, I cannot be sure, but they will not kill you.” he said with his low voice. I look back at my friends, there is worry in their eyes, but as long as I know they are not in danger I will take this option. “I’ve made my decision, we will be open to making a deal with your leaders.” I said, not comfortable putting my friends in this circumstance. “OK then, follow me.” Loki said.
