Merlin was worried. Things haven't been going well lately. About 5 mins into the journey, and things have already gone wrong.
At first it was all going great. Until Sky tripped over Lightningstar. Then Lightningstar yelped and the sound scared Clearwave. Clearwave turned invisible and unsuspecting Bluehoof toppled over him. Cloudpuff had to haul Bluehoof up but she was so dizzy she crashed into Merlin and he broke his wand.
Oh just great, Merlin thought. That was my ONLY wand!!
Yep. Broken wand. 5 minutes. What else could go wrong??
That's when Bluehoof stepped on Lightningstar, and he got mad so he zapped he with lightning. Smart move my friend (sarcasm) cause there happened to be a river beside them and Bluehoof summoned enough water to flood a city and prepared to dump it all on Lightningstar. She missed and hit Sky. Sky glared at Bluehoof and made the ground turn into quicksand, but only to find himself along with everyone else waist deep in the muck.
"Enough!!" Merlin shouted getting really frustrated as he tried to wiggle free.
The ozone from the lightning cleared, the water went back the the riverbed, and the ground went back to normal.
"Thank you!" Merlin exclaimed wondering what took the unicorns so long to figure out now is not the time to be fighting.
And the group went on.
~Time Skip~
"Ahem. Maybe we should keep going," Merlin said. He turned to look at the unicorns who were munching on grass. "Ya'll make me wonder why I brought you guys with me!"
"Hey we need our energy be quiet!" Sky retorted through a mouthful of grass.
"Fine but HURRY UP!!!"
~Time Skip~
"Ahem. Maybe we should keep going," Merlin said. He turned to look at the unicorns who were now sleeping. "Ya'll make me wonder why I brought you guys with me!"
"Hey we need our energy be quiet!" Sky retorted in his sleep though I do not know how.
"Fine but HURRY UP!!!"
~Time Skip~
"Ahem. Maybe we should keep going," Merlin said. He turned to look at the unicorns who just woke up and they were now stumbling around blinking vigorously. "Ya'll make me wonder why I brought you guys with me!"
"Uh gluh muh CAKE!!" Sky said half asleep.
"You unicorns..." Merlin rolled his eyes, "I will drag you through the thicket of thorns up ahead and ruin your fur coat if you don't WAKE UP!!!!"
That got them awake.
This time the group went on for real.
