"I'm here, I'm here" Alessandra barged into the room she was sharing with Maude to find Maude dressed up "Where are you going?"
"Dinner, you have thirty minutes to get ready"
"I only need ten" Alessandra boasted as she put her bag on the bed, she had brought one bag cause she was a light packer and her wedding outfit had arrived with her mother.
"Uhm please pick an outfit for me," Alessandra said to her sister as she combed her hair.
"Why do you have male clothing in your bag?" Maude asked taking out some male shorts.
"What? Maude you better not be playing with me" Alessandra said as she walked out of the bathroom "fuck you're being honest, no, no, no... Maude, what the hell? Oh my fuck shit"
"Don't worry man Ali we'll replace your clothing and you can borrow my dress" Maude said going through her bag.
"It had grannies ring in" Alessandra blurted out causing Maude to turn to her "What did you say?"
"She gave it to me at her mothers funeral...she gave it to me, I was saving it for a special occasion...I was saving it for today" Alessandra whispered with tears welling up in her eyes, her grandmother would be so disappointed in her, it was the first family gift she has received and knowing how much that ring meant to her great grandmother she'd be so disappointed in Alessandra.
"Shit Alessandra!" Maude was freaking out too, she knew how their grandmother got when you lose her gift whether small or big.
"Look, just look for an outfit I think someone's at the door, we'll make a plan for the ring" Maude kissed her younger sister on her forehead.
Maude walked out of her room to the door "James hey" Maude went over to hug her brother's best friend who was also the best man "What can I do for you?" She asked opening the door for him to enter the room.
"It's actually what I can do for you," he said causing Maude to raise her eyebrow.
"Your brother said that this belonged to your sister and I'm guessing she has my bag" he raised the bag showing it to Maude who screamed out hugging James.
"Ali is going to be so happy" Maude as she took the bag to her room, James just heard a screech and frowned at the door of Maude's room, what was so important about the bag anyway?
"Thank... thank you Maude where did you get it?" He heard another voice ask.
"James, let me go give him his bag"
