Ivy fatally posions Bruce soon after reunification.. Soon a Spectre, justice comes for her in the form of the person she killed. Part of Bruce coming back as something else making sure no one in Gotham's underworld escapes for their past crimes.
"I...stayed so long because I was scared of how things would have played out without me. I was worried about all of them, about my city. They didn't hold me down, or keep me out of the light...
