Norminah «One-Shots»

Movie/Game Night

Normani thought of having a game & movie night just for them. She set up the living room with UNO, making space for them on the floor. Snacks on the cocktail table. She told dinah to make a stop for some hot chips. She sat there shuffling the cards waiting for Dinah. Meanwhile, dinah stopped by a store by Mani's house buying some chips and M&M's for the night. As soon as she got there, she parked behind Mani's black Porshe and turned her engine off grabbing the bags from the passenger seat, getting out of the vehicle. Mani heard the door close as Dinah walked to the door. Mani smiled, getting off the floor roaming towards the door. Before dinah could knock on the door, Mani opens the door, looking up and down at dinah. "You should know better than to dress up like that," Normani said as she moved out of the doorway. "You going to do something about it?" Dinah teased, walking inside. "How are you?" She asked setting the bags down while Normani closes and locks the door back. "I'm doing good. Now that your fine ass is here." Mani said with a smirk. Dinah grinned. "Well, I brought your hot chips and some candy," Dinah said taking a seat on the floor as she was joined by Mani. "Thanks. Oh! Before we play UNO, you do know how to play...right?" Mani asked picking up the cards. "It's been so long since I've played it. How does it go again?" Dinah raised a question as Mani glances at her and shook her head. "Look at the directions," Normani said as she started passing out the cards. Dinah glares at the instructions reading over the rules.

"I think I've got it down." Dinah let out with a nod of reassurance. "You think?" Normani asked teasingly as she ran her fingers through her wavy hair. Dinah's brown eyes looked at Mani's. "Did I stutter?" She shot back. "Can we just get the game going?" Dinah said with an attitude. "Sure" with that the two proceeded to play the game. Normani was getting dinah until Dinah placed down a drawn four-card on her. Normani smacks her lips and taking four cards from the deck. "Really? You just had to do that?" Normani asked playfully. Dinah nods. "Yes, madam. I did what needed to be done." She said in a British accent. Normani chuckled. The game went on. "UNO OUT!" Dinah shouts as she placed her last card down. Mani had three left. Dinah did a victory dance while Mani claps but was salty. Normani was very competitive but let dinah have this one. "Mhm. Congratulations." She mumbled. Dinah glances at her. "Thank you."

They cleaned the living room when Normani asked if they were having their movie night downstairs or upstairs. "Upstairs!" Dinah replied grabbing the snacks they didn't touch. Normani nods grabbing the other snacks as they headed upstairs, down the hallway, and to the master bedroom on the right. The lights came on when Dinah walked inside. She got onto the bed and waited for Mani. Mani set her items down and turned the tv on and went to Netflix. She finds a movie called "Murder Mystery" starring Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler. They watched a movie. Dinah was throwing down on her M&Ms when she got a handful throwing it at Normani. "DINAH!" Mani exclaims looking at Dinah who chuckles. Mani had a few M&M's in her hair. Mani groaned and got up pushing Dinah off the bed. Dinah squealed as she fell. "Ow!" Dinah shrieked. "You think that hurts? I'm not done yet!" Mani said standing up onto the bed. Looking down at Dinah who acted like she was dying. "You ain't seen nothing yet! JOHN CENA!" Normani yelled for no reason and jumped onto Dinah who screamed. "AHHHH! MANI!"

"TAP OUT NEOWWWWWWW," Normani advised Dinah as they were play fighting but Mani ended up putting Dinah into a headlock. "TAP OUT!" Mani hollers. "NEVER!!" Dinah shouts as she attempted to get loose unfortunately it didn't work. Dinah gave up. "Ugh....okayyyyyy! I will not throw M&M's at you for the remainder of the night." Dinah admitted. "Mhm." Normani mumbled rising when dinah mumbled "not" causing mani to leap back onto her.
