Chapter 27

Aslam's POV

These past few days have been so crazy I never ever want to go through that it was so terrifying traumatic if I may say but Alhamdulillah the case with Anty Mairo is still going and am glad I have my family here with me

Everyday is just home,work and court that has been my schedule for the past few days

I got home a bit late today because of traffic am so tired I can literally not feel my legs it's tiring to have to do these everyday

As'salamu alaikum am back "I met everyone sitting in the living room watching TV well except for the kids

Wa'alaikumul salam they all answered "you're back how was work mom asked it was fine Alhamdulillah mom so tiring but Alhamdulillah I said smiling I looked at Tasleem and she hid her face blushing she got up and made her way to the kitchen she came out shortly and started setting my dinner she set it all up and made her way back calling me to come eat I got up and joined her on the table  everyone else have eaten already it's quite late to be having dinner but am so used to eating my wife's cooking that I don't really out much I only eat out once in a while when I have no choice

She was going to leave me only to eat when I held her back I know she's shy because my parents are just by the corner but I don't really care I haven't seen her all day I want to eat looking at my baby

Where are you going to sit back or do you want to sit on my laps I said teasing her

You wish and stop mom and dad are sitting right there she said hitting me on my shoulder

Well do I look like I care I missed you all day and I want to have you all to myself I said holding here hand she blushed and looked away

How was work??she asked.....it was okay the usual let's say and you how are you and my babies the ones here and the ones sleeping I said touching her stomach she's showing so much now just a few months to go and we can have our child in our arms what more can I ask for

We are all good Alhamdulillah babe your babies are behaving they didn't trouble me today I had enough sleep too and mom wouldn't let me do anything around the house too and dad supports her too can you believe that

She said pouting"well you're reporting to the wrong person babe because I support it too just sit and do nothing just take care of yourself for me okay I really don't want you doing anything too okay promise me you'll take care of yourself

Okay fine I promise but I get bored babe what can I do???

How about you just watch movies or read and am not promising but on days I get off work early we could go for a walk or a drive get ice cream and stuff what do you say

OMG really I'd love that babe that's why you're the best what will I do without you she said kissing me on my cheeks and I had to just tease her

Well did you forget dad and mom are sitting right over there I said laughing at her I could swear she was wishing the floor would open up and swallow her the look on her face was just so cute I took my phone and took pictures of her still laughing

I finished up my dinner Tasleem got up to clear the table but I stopped her and did it myself we did the dishes together because she was so stubborn to let me do it alone we finished up and left the kitchen my parents left for their room and Khalil was still there watching TV and chatting we said good night and left

I took a shower and joined Tasleem on bed this feels so good my day was really tiring but now I feel fresh l have been looking forward to coming home and having my wife in my arms she is my home my peace of mind I pulled her close to me taking away the book she was reading I drop it on the bed side drawer
