After we settle into our room we decide to call Annie and see if she wanted to meet up for dinner down by the cafe. She said she had heard of this really good pizza place that happened to be on this specific train and the kids said that it sounded like a good idea.
We met up at the pizza parlor and they sat us down at a table, the waiter then came and asked us what we wanted to drink, we told her and she walked away with a list full of drink orders.
"So what do y'all want to do first when we get to district 4?" I asked while we waited for our drinks to come back.
"Umm... I don't really know... Maybe go to the beach." Willow said deep in thought.
"I want to get ice cream!" Rye said loudly.
"Ya, I think we know that bud." I said back laughing.
"Go shopping!" Katniss and Annie said at the exact same time.
"Well, I guess we'll definitely have to do that." I said laughing again.
"What do you want to do Fin?"
He looks up at me and says
"Umm... I haven't really thought about it, I guess I'll do whatever." He says calmly.
"Whatever is good sometimes." I said back to him.
Soon after that the waiter brought back our drinks and asked us what we wanted to eat. We decided to order a large cheese pizza and a large pepperoni pizza to split between everybody.
Once the waiter came back with our food we gobbled everything up in a matter of minutes and paid for our meal. Then all of the sudden the inner com came on.
"Hello, and welcome to the train I hope you have all had a good few hours so far. I have just been informed that we will be reaching our destination in exactly 11 hours so that's about 7:30 tomorrow. Thank you for your time, enjoy the rest of you time here."
"Ya here that, when you wake up tomorrow we'll be in district 4." I say happily.
"I'm so excited!" Willow squeals.
We all brake off to go to our rooms and once my head hits the pillow, I'm sound asleep. I don't know why I was so tired it's not like we did anything today.
10 hours later
The alarm goes off and I look over to see 7:30 written on the clock.
"Time to wake up guys." I say walking over to the bunk Rye and Willow are on.
"Are we there yet?" Rye asks.
"Yup, were in district 4." I say quietly.
"Yay!" He says back still a little tired from just waking up.
"Do y'all want to go get breakfast?" I ask pulling on my shoes.
"Ya, can we get pancakes?" Willow asks.
"Of corse, I'm sure they will have a lot of stuff to choose from." I say back.
Once we get to the breakfast car I look over and see a huge buffet full of food.
"What do y'all want?" I ask looking down at them.
"I want pancakes, eggs and bacon." Willow says.
"Me too!" Rye says shortly after.
"Well I guess we'll have to get pancakes them, huh." I say guiding the way to the large stack of pancakes.
We get our food and then find a seat to sit down at. Them we eat our food quickly and I decide to bring some good up for Katniss. She told me she was tired and so I thought if let her sleep in.
"Are y'all ready to go back to the room?" I ask
"Yes, but when are we gonna get off the train?" Rye asks
"In about 30-45 minutes." I tell him.
We go back to our room and gayer our stuff. Just as I said we then get off the train shortly after and then walk to the apartment we will be staying at.
"Hello, welcome to district 4." the woman at the front desk said.
"Great." I said back and she have us a key for our apartment we will be staying at.
"Thank you." I yelled back at her making my way out of the door.
We drove down to our apartment and after a Lon while of searching, finally found it.
"This is it." Katniss said pointing to the little house.
We walked in and were amazed about how nice and neat it was.
"Dad, look at the view!" Willow said pulling me to the window.
"Wow, it's beautiful!" I said looking out at the crystal blue sea.
I looked back at her and said "but not as beautiful as you."
A wide smile appeared across her face and she gives me a big hug.
There is no number to show how much I love her.
