Shuichi arrived home safely, he called out to his roommates to let them know he was home. Shuichi lived with Kyoko Kirigiri and her fiancee Celeste since it was easier for the detectives to work together at most times.
Shuichi sighed quietly as he grabbed a carrot from the fridge and went to his office to finish up a small case.
The next day came and shuichi was talking with his friends about the reunion.
"Did you get to see Akamatsu and Ouma?" Celeste asked as she sipped some tea,
"Yeah actually, it was a big relief to know they're okay too." Shuichi said. Kirigiri walked in with a small plate for celeste.
"Oh! So Ouma is alive, thats nice I guess."
"Y-yeah." Shuichi sighed
"Do you still liiikkkeeee himmmm?" Celeste asked in a basic girl accent/tone,
"Wh-what?" Shuichi stutteted out
"He probably does." Kirigiri """whispered""" into celestes ear
"Hey I can hear you y'know." Shuichi said crossing his arms. "And to answer your question... I don't know." He sighed heavily "It's been too long too know fully what hes like now."
"Didn't you see him yesterday though? I'm assuming for a while." Kyoko said
"Yeah, I did hang with him the whole time."
"And if he was acting mostly the same then that could mean he barely changed yes?" kyoko just be big braining.
"Yes, I guess?" Shuichi said "But I still really don't know anymore."
"Hopefully you'll run into him again?" Celeste chimed back in "Maybe he'll even give you a kiss." She giggled, the comment just made shuichi groan and blush.
