Chapter 11 ~ C'mon

I have so much to do today. I have the interview in the morning and then off to the club to celebrate Kendall's birthday. She turns 18 today. I got her a new dress and a pair of shoes with the help of the all mighty Louis. It took us three hours to pick it out for her. As long as she likes it though. 

I await nervously for my alarm to go off. After  while it gets un bareable and I look. Midnight. Well fuck. How am I supposed to sleep? Maybe I should make a cake for Kendall. I know she likes chocolate cake, with Chocolate icing. Almost every girls dream. I hate cake. I padded into the kitchen to find the ingredients. Winging it I added all the ingredients into a bowl and mixed it all together getting the oven preheated. I don't have a problem waking Kendall up because she's sleeping with the boys while Niall sleeps over here. 

Of course with all the doors and windows double locked. Can't have a repeat of last time. My parents would make me come home. I am not going home. Once the mix was in the oven I walked ito the living room and turned on the TV. As I put on Family Guy I hear Niall stir and finally walk in yawning. "Babe what are ya doin' up? We have an interview in the mornin'." He sat next to me and leaned next to me. 

"I can't sleep. I'm too nervous. I'm making cake for Kendall's birthday." His face lit up when I said cake. "And no you cannot have any until she does." He rolled his eyes getting back up slowly and dragging himself to the kitchen. "Well then I'm going to make some food. Want a burger?" He yelled from the kitchen.

"Niall it's 3 in the morning."  I heard him scoff. "So? I'm hungry!" He laughed. 

As the cake finished and Niall had eaten all that he could we packed everything away and went back to bed, knowing we'd have to get up an hour later.

"The music is so loud, I wanna be yours nowwwww!" My phone rang. I sighed and felt around for it, not wanting to open my eyes to the sunlight that was pouring in from the window.

"What do you want?" I grogged into the phone. "Get your lazy asses up! We have to leave for the interview in 10 minutes!" I jumped out of bed, falling onto the ground. I heard Niall flp around in bed too. "Baby are you okay?" He asked crawling to my side. 

"I'll be over in nine and counting." After I hung up I jumped around my room grabbing clothes, going into the bathroom to grab my toothbrush and multitasked to get ready. "Niall we have to get ready, leaving in eight!" I walked over as I was getting my shirt on and Niall was getting his shoes on. "Ready." He sad smiling his adorable smile.

"Fuck you Irish boy." I sassed. "I know you want to baby. Just say the word and I'm there." I rolled my eyes and got my flats on. "Okay done." 

 We got to the interview with five minutes to spare. Kendall and I made our way to my dressing room where they had fashion designers and make-u artists. I got dressed in a simple blouse and pants. The make-u artist gave me a natural look as well.

"Alexa you're on in 3." Someone said from the door. I took my time getting to the stage doors. I was nerve wrecked. Kendall walked with me hand in hand. 

"You'll be great. Just give them your game face babe." Kendall said hugging me tight. "Thanks Kendall, oh and happy birthday." I winked at her as I walked onto the stage. As I sat down the boys made their way in as well, sitting on either sides of me and behind me on the orange couch the interviewer had for us.

"Welcome the one and only One Direction! Lillian Hughes here. Now today we have an extra special guest with us. Her name is Alexa and she is now going to be their new manager. Now tell me Alexa how does it feel knowing every teenage girl wants to be in your postion on and off stage I might add."  I glanced at her a second and then onto the audience that kept getting louder. 

The lights glaring down on me made it hard to see as well. "Well, it's not really somethng I've thought about. These boys and I have spent pretty much the whole summer togther. It's like we're more friends then we are anything else. Being in charge doesn't seem like the right words, you know?" I said, my nerves calming just a bit.

She gave me a warm smile and looked at the boys. "Now boys, have any of you fought over this wonderful young lady yet? I mean look at her! She's just adorable!" Lillian gave Liam the microphone. "Well I'm dating someone and so are Zayn and Louis so we can't really fight over her." He gave the mic back to Lillian and she continued. "So Alexa what can we see happen this next tour?" Oh the big one. 

I cleared my throat. "Well I want them to have interactions with the fans so a lot of twitter questions, singing, dancing, just stuff they didn't really get to do in the first tour. I want them to feel closer to the fans." I smiled as Niall nudged me with his leg. "Well thank you very much guys, I cannot wait until this tour!" The boys and I got up and walked off the stage. 

"You did wonderful Lex!" Harry said engulfing me into his hug. I felt other bodies press against me and soon I was in the mddle of a group hug. "Thanks guys." I squeezed out. 

Once they all let go I gave Kendall and evil smile. "What?" She said giving me a puzzled look. "Party time!" I yelled running outside into the cool summer air.
