Dean Winchester:
He will sleep with your back pressed to his chest. He will wrap one arm around your waist and the other will be under your head. His hand under your pillow wrapped securely around a gun. Sometime during the night he will throw one of his leg over your hip to keep you secure in place.
Sam Winchester:
He will sleep with you wrapped up in his arms. His head will be rested on yours. He will caress your hair as his heart beat lulls you to sleep. During your nap he will hold you tightly to his chest afraid of letting you go in fear that he will wake up and you won't be next to him.
Castiel
He will lay down next to you with your head on his chest and one arm around his torso. Your legs tangled with his. He will tell you stories as you play with the tan trench coat waiting for his voice to throw you into a deep slumber.
