Our car finally makes it to the building and Cardo is the first one out of the car with a passed out Kylo in his arms. While running into the building I notice blood dripping from Kylo's stomach, he must have not only gotten cut along his face, but stabbed before then, as well. I make it inside and start yelling for doctors and nurses. They all run over to us and Cardo puts Kylo on the stretcher. When I attempt to walk to the hospitals wing of the building with the doctors, Vicrul holds me back. I try to get out of his hold but he is much to strong for me.

"Vic please, I need to be there with him!" I say as tears run down my face. What if he dies? What if he has more injuries than we all noticed? What if- "He will be fine. I know him, he has gone though worse." Vicrul says. "What do you mean he's gone through worse?! He was stabbed and has a large wound from his face to his neck!!" "This isn't the first time he's been stabbed and his face will heal. You need to get cleaned up and get some rest. You did well today." Vicrul states. "HES BEEN STABBED BEFORE?!" I yell. "Please just come to my apartment upstairs and clean up. Trust me when I tell you that he will be fine." I look at him with desperation in my eyes and then look to where Kylo once was. "Fine."

Vicrul leads me to the elevator and presses on the button to go to his apartment floor. "I didn't know this building had apartments." I say. "It has many things. Apartments, gyms, a hospital wing, weapon rooms, computer rooms, offices, meeting rooms, etc." My mouth turns into an "o" shape and I nod my head. I still can't get the thought of Kylo dying out of my mind. The voices don't help me lose the thought either.

"𝘏𝘦'𝘴 𝘥𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥𝘯'𝘵 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘩𝘪𝘮."

"𝘐𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘦𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩, 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥𝘯'𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘥."

"𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘩 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘥𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴."

"𝘏𝘪𝘴 𝘥𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘩 𝘪𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘧𝘢𝘶𝘭𝘵."

The elevator ding that lets us know that we have arrived snaps me out of my thoughts. I block out the voices as much as I can, and follow Vicrul to his apartment. When we walk into his apartment it is not what I expected it to look like. It was much smaller than Kylo's, but felt more cozy. He had an entrance way that had a small shoe rack and a coat hanger. When your in the entrance, if you look to the left there is a black staircase that leads up to the second level. The back wall of his apartment contained large windows that showcased the beautiful night life of New York. He had a very open floor plan and his living room and kitchen were connected. His kitchen had black cabinets and black marble counters. A beautiful lighting fixture hung above his kitchen island. The brass colored light fixture was complemented by brass decorations in the kitchen and even living room area. The overall color palette of the apartment seemed to be black, brown, white, grey, and a hint of gold. He had black leather sofas in the living room and a black coffee table. Surprisingly there was no T.V. The living room also had a black spiral staircase that led to upstairs.
