Behind the curtains

The last show

The boys woke up in LA ready for their last show, they dropped off their stuff at their shared house and got ready then headed to their show. the whole time louis heart was shaking he was so nervous until he heard harry's voice "you ready" harry said grabbing louis to go to the curtain louis nodded and walked alongside harry. As louis  watched harry it was as if he was seeing him for the first time, not listening to a word harry was saying louis gently put his hand on harry's face and pulled him towards him for a kiss. "what was that for" harry said as he dropped the curtain "i love you" louis said knowing it would be the last time he would be able to say those words, harry smiled and gave louis a kiss "lou i was thinking i know how much telling the band and simon means to you and i think we should tell them" harry's eyes were bright with hope while louis just felt like he was getting stabbed in the gut "louis" harry called "i think that's a good idea after the show though" louis thought maybe if the band knew they would help him with simon harry filled with joy kissed louis one last time before leaving for the start of the show. 

As they sang night changes as their last song it almost seemed as if louis wasn't ready for it to end and truth was he wasn't the whole show he was dreading what he would have to do knowing it wouldn't only break him but hurt harry. louis glanced at harry every chance he got praying that simon would change his mind and let him out of the contract, he knew that wouldn't happen but he did know at least now harry would be free. "can you guys believe our tour is officially over" niall said as they walked into the change room "i know i can't believe it" liam said. louis was quiet not caring for the conversation glad that simon hadn't been waiting for him, that when he heard harry "eleanor what are you doing here" louis turned around to see eleanor and simon walking in the room together. eleanor walked past harry and walked straight to louis and plopped a kiss on him louis was in shock and didn't know how to react. "babe you did amazing" eleanor said as louis pulled away from her, louis looked at harry and saw the hurt in harry's eyes  it was as if someone had just ripped his heart out. Harry quickly walked out of the room without any explanation, the rest of the band was confused "babe?" niall asked "im louis girlfriend" eleanor answered their eyes widened and liam said "when did this start" "london" louis answered knowing he had to do this. "so this whole time you and her have been together" zayn asked even more confused "yep" louis said. Louis wanted to go after harry and tell him the truth but he knew he couldn't. The ride home was awkward harry hadn't even glanced at louis he couldn't because he knew as soon as he did he would break he loved him to much he wanted an explanation but also wasn't ready for one.
