Louis had everything planned.
From the fanciest wine to the prettiest view and sweetest grapes and cherries and the softest blanket and vanilla scented candles - everything had to be just right.
Just like you would see it in cheesy movies Harry loved to watch.

And now the older boy stood there, in front of his perfectly set up picknick, impatiently waiting for his perfect boyfriend to arrive - his boyfriend that he cherished with everything he got.

The sun was starting to set, tinting the puffy clouds in colours of red, pink and lilac while Frank Sinatra was playing in the background.

Louis closed his eyes for a moment and breathed in the spring air, that was so silky and full of peace.

'The very thought of you makes my heart sing
Like an April breeze on the wings of spring,
And you appear in all your splendor,
My one and only lo-'

A gasp snapped Louis out of his trance and he opened his eyes to see Harry standing at the side of the meadow.

First thing Louis thought was how beautiful he looked in his floral shirt and cream coloured cardigan. Louis was only wearing his usual skinny jeans and a nice shirt, but he had of course tried to look good aswell.

Louis,
You did all this...?
This is so beautiful.

Harry spoke in disbelief, his hands covering his mouth.

Happy 6 months, Haz.

Harry smiled with teary eyes and wrapped his arms around his boyfriend.
They stayed like that for sometime, just swaying lightly before they pulled apart.

Come, sit down.

You're not
gonna feed me, are you?

Harry giggled, sipping on a glass of wine, but he opened his mouth willingly as Louis held a grape in front of his lips.

Louis opened his mouth as well and the two kept feeding each other, squeezing chocolate sauce into the other one's mouth and tickling each other 'till they were out of breath.

Harry pulled out his camera, trying to be sneaky and taking a few pictures of Louis, loving the way the tree painted shadows across his face.

Louis noticed right away, but let Harry take pictures of him, knowing his boyfriend loved doing so.

This is lovely.

Harry sighed dreamingly as he scooted closer to Louis, putting his head on the boy's lap.

Louis played with the silver necklace hanging around Harry's neck, loving that Harry still wore it after all these years .

Not as lovely as you.

Louis whispered softly, his heart swelling as the curly boy looked him in the eyes.
And Louis leaned down and gently pressed his lips to his boyfriend's.

'The shadows fall and spread their mystic charms
In the hush of night while you're in my arms.
I feel your lips, so warm and tender,
My one and only love.'
