Renjun's scarf whipped around in the restless wind, hands held together he blew on them trying to warm them. His bag was rolling next to him, his owl perched on his shoulder burrowing it's beak into the soft scarf. By Merlin's beard, even his owl was cold. The snow fell quietly, the wind disturbing the calming pattern. His soft blue sweater caught each little flake of snow that graced it.

The tips of his ears were pink, turning red from the bite of the wind. Shivering he tugged his heavy jacket that laid over the blue sweater closer. A small coo in his ear made him let out a short laugh through chatteirng teeth.

Opening his jacket, "get in, Mazar" the pinkette whispered.

The small owl crawled into the inside of his jacket, a small purr-like sound coming from the owl. The warmth making Mazar happy, her big eyes looking up at him from the depths of the jacket.

Glowing lanterns hung outside the front door to his parent's house. The worn down wooden door, glass covered in metal bars. The edges of the window was starting to frost over, his small hand coming up and knocking on the door. It was too windy outside for him to hear anything from the inside.

Plucking his glasses off he rubbed the snow off them using his sweater. His pink hair was slightly soaked from the frozen water melting and soaking through his beanie.

The door was pulled open, looking up he saw a tall blurry figure standing in front of him. Warm hands pulled him in, strong arms bringing him into a hug. A small hoo caught their attention, looking down Renjun saw the worried expression on Mazar's face.

"Renjun, I missed you so much!" Sicheng, his older brother said into his ear, his warm embrace thawing the poor boy out.

Pushing the door shut behind him, Renjun sighed softly. "I missed you too. Now where's that supposed husband of yours?" Shuffling further into the house he was greeted by candles placed around the rooms, books stacked in piles.

Idle chatter came form the kitchen, his parents could be heard talking to someone. The pinkette shedded his winter protection, Mazar's claws grabbing onto the side of his sweater climbing up assisted by her beak. Sending a spell towards his bag and winter gear, Renjun made his way over to the kitchen, Sicheng hot on his tail.

"Renjun! You're home! Oh my sweet boy, I missed you so much." His mother cooed running over to her youngest son, holding his face in her hands.

Smiling at her, Renjun allowed her to coo over him. Sicheng reached his hands out to his husband, pulling him into a hug. Finally freeing himself from his mother, the pinkette looked towards the married couple.

Sicheng tugged his husband closer to Renjun, "Yuta meet Renjun, Renjun meet Yuta."

Unsure about the white haired male in front of him, Renjun held his hand out. Yuta enthusiastically took it, shaking with a gentle grip. "I'm so glad to finally meet you, Sicheng has talked a lot about you." Leaning into Sicheng's side Yuta glanced up at him, eyes sparkling in adoration. "He's extremely proud of you."

At the confession from his husband, Sicheng's face turned red, a sheepish smile present. Renjun let out a laugh, accompanied by the laughter of the others in the room. His father came up giving Renjun a hug, mumbling about how proud he is, how happy his parents are for his success at Hogwarts.

The family continued to chatter till early sunrise inside the safety of the warm home. Wind, ice and snow whipped around the quaint house, frost sticking to the outside.

Donghyuck was not particularly excited to see his family, but they're his family nevertheless. The letter he'd recieved clenched in his fist, knuckles turning white from the force of his hold. Looking down the tan boy huffed quietly to himself. He stood before the fireplace in his brothers home. One last look was sent towards the letter before he tossed it into the flames, watching the orangeish-red waves engulf and consume the written words.
