Dil connect

Its been 7 days since they last met. Both were busy in their respective work.
Sidharth was busy in his movie promotion. While Dr. Mira was busy in hospital work.
"Its Saturday and today there is no shoot". Thinks Sidharth.

While checking on his whatsup messanger, Sidharth stops on Mira's dp.

Aisa nhi tha Sidharth ne last meeting ke baad Mira ko contact nhi kia. Din me roz chaar baar apne bheje hue msg ko dekh kar Sidharth bas yahi sochta hai
Msg read karne ke baad bhi reply nahi kia.

Today also he was thinking About the message he sent to Mira.
He asked about if he can come along with his mom for the check up.

"This much arrogance! Why did I even ask her. She is not the only doctor in the town". Sidharth definitely was restless.

Mira on other hand just came back home from the hospital. Its Saturday so it's a half day there.
"Thank God, 2 days ka rest mil gya".
Mira thinks.
Mira freshened up and switched the TV on.
While changing channels she stuck to a music channel. 'Sidharth ka song!. She smiles.

Then she regained a memory
"Damn! I had to reply him.
I forgot. But wo kya sochega".!
(Thinks)
'Let's type the message.'

Mira: "hey sorry for replying so late, you messaged me 3 days back, but I was so busy. I had back to back conference and seminars. I read your message, but the moment I start reverting you, koi room me aa gya then I forgot ki message Karna hai. I hope you understand".

Sidharth was taking bath when one whatsup message received.
Sidharth comes out of the bathroom.
His mobile notification light blinked twice.
Sidharth noticed.
Sidharth lifts the phone.
It was Mira's message.
Sidharth heart skipped a beat.
He read the whole message.
Smiles
Thank God gusse me mene kuch bola nahi.

After lunch, Sidharth came back to his room. He had his lunch very quickly today. Mira ka message ka reply jo Krna tha.
Sidharth lifts the phone

Sid: "hey Mira".( msg Sent)
Mira phones vibrates
Mira lifts the phone .

Mira: smiles, 'hey'.

Sid: "don't bother i was just asking about if you are free on Monday? Can we come for a check up".

Mira: "Monday toh public holiday hai. Off duty bhi hu".
"I wonder if you can make it up to Thursday. If it's possible".?
Sid thinks then types.....

Sid: "oh yes I forgot, Monday is holiday, Thursday !! Ok will come".

Mira: great!
Sid: "so what are the plans for the extended weekends".

Mira: "nothing much, I will sleep whole day".
"Bas kal super market se samaan lena hai like groceries and all".

Sid: "kisi se mangwa lete.  society ka watchman toh ye sab karta hoga."

Mira: "middle class working logo ko apne kaam karne ki aadat hoti hai. And watchman mera saman lena jayega toh building ki rakhwali koun Karega".

Sid: "sorry, i didn't mean this"( embarassed for his silly words)
Mira: don't be! 🙂

Sunday afternoon

Mira left home for the shopping. She was wearing blue jeans and orange kurti. Looking stunning as usual
She went to supermarket for purchasing some goods for the household.
Supermarket was inside the western mall, it was 20 mins far from her home. It was Sunday so mall was quite busy.

Mira was standing in a queue. 'Sab kuch le lia'. (Checked list twice) ..

After paying the bill she came out of the market. Looks around the all shops. Thinks about buying some more stuffs.
"Control Mira, zyada saman ho jayega".

Mira was trying to book the cab. She was outside the mall.
"Mall ke andar kabhi signal nahi aate".
Then somebody from behind.

"Wo toh hai."

Mira turns around.

Sid was smiling.
Mira: hey! Tum yahan!?

Sid: Haan yahan me ek showroom ke inauguration me aaya tha.

Mira: okk.
Sid: chalo I drop You.
Mira: tum kya mere driver ho?

Sid smiles
Sid: mujhe bhi aisa lagta hai.(smiles)

Sid drops Mira at her building's gate. While driving back to his home, sid thinks
(Flashback starts)
Today at 8am
Sid: (in his thoughts)

'Mall 11 bje khulta hai, toh agar me 12 pm nikalta hun toh 1 pm tak pahunch jaunga.'

There was no inauguration. sid was waiting for Mira since 1pm. Mira according to his calculations, came out of the mall, exactly at the same time.

"I don't what happened to me. It is just, I like her company. Mein khush hota hu jab wo mujhse baat karti hai. Uske hone se sab acha lagta hai. I am smiling because of her"..

Sid thinks & parks the car , comes inside his mansion smiling..
