Dean: "Yes come in Dr. Mira. Please have a seat".

Dean sir was on phone, probably dialling to someone.

Dean: "Hello Mr Raghavan, I like to know when should we arrange meeting". (Pause)

Ok, tomorrow is fine, at my office at 12. Thanks for the time sir.

Dean : Hello Dr Mira, how are you?
Mira: I am good sir.

Dean: "Dr. Mira you are an asset to our hospital. You are a hardworking employee. Doctors like you are a rare find. Your last research work and ppt presentation was impressive.

Management is very impressed with you. Last month foundation day event was a huge success. It attracted many investor eyes. Management and higher authority were in talk with many investors. Our hospital is reaching new highs".

Mira: "glad to know sir, thank you!! I am Highly obliged. My heart is thumping with his praise".

Dean: "the person with whom I am talking to , Mr Raghavan, he wanted to invest in our hospital. He runs an NGO on women health. Also He is the ceo of famous healthcare company meFine. He is very impressed with the last event ,our Foundation day event. He wanted to know if we can help him in his ngo foundation day. I want you to represent our hospital in His ngo event. Make best arrangements impress with your calibre and hardwork. He too is a nephrologist but a able businessman. I want you to be there in meeting when he come here tomorrow at 12.

Mira: thanks for vesting your confidence in me sir. I am thankful and grateful. I will be present for the meeting for sure.

I can't believe this I am going to meet Mr. Raghavan. He is impressed by my work. Wow. I am on cloud nine. Yes I am ambitious girl with dreams. I am so happy. I need to turn this chance into an opportunity.

I need to share this news with my parents. I called my father. He was happy. My mom was too impressed they gave me their blessings. My bhai was out for some work. I will talk to him once he come back. I talk to my family everyday. Every night I make a video call at around 10pm.

Sidharth is not in the town, he has gone to the Spain for his modelling project. I am sad.. if he was here i will share the news with him. But i will not tell him today. Let the meeting be done tomorrow.

I was in Dean office. Dean sir and I waiting for Mr Raghavan. Then after 5 mins sexagenarian man around my father's age enters in the cabin. His hairs were grey, he was in black tuxedo. His walk was neat. He holds an aura around him. I saw people present in the room suddenly reacting to his presence. My Dean, Dr vishwanath rose from the chair to greet him. I too raise from the chair in courtesy. I gulped and plaster a smile. I too was nervous. I saw Mr Raghavan instructed his bodyguards to wait outside. They were carrying guns. I gulped again. Damn this man is powerful.!!

Dean: Hello sir.

Mr Raghavan: Hello Dr vishwanath. Please don't be formal. You can call me Raghavan.

Dean: thank you Dr. Raghavan. Please sit.

Mr. Raghavan: so tell me Dr , what you think about the offer?

Dean: I thought about it. It's a great offer sir, I mean Dr vishwanath. We can collaborate. Even management is fine with offer.
He gestured all the representatives present in the room. They nodded in yes.

Raghavan: it's great. We will be the best partners I assure you. Now tell me how you are helping me in my NGO foundation day event.

Dean: oh yes, I forget. Doc this is Dr Mira. I told you about her. She was the event organiser in hospital foundation day. She is the one whose research work and ppt on maternal health I showed you on other day.
Raghavan: aah multi-talented! Hello Dr Mira. He extend his hand.

Mira: Hello sir. Pleasure meeting you. I exetnd my hand for a handshake.

Dean: Mira will take care of the event. Don't worry sir.

Raghavan: how do you know Sidharth oberoi.?

I wasn't expecting the questioning. I stood still.
He continued

"Don't get me wrong, He never turns up for the event. My company itself persuaded him many times but he never accepted. My company deals with so many celebrities, almost whole bollywood has some collaboration with us but Sidharth never accepted our offer".

I gulped in nervousness, I don't know what held my tongue. I gathered my courage and said

"sir, I once treated his mother. Actually even before any lab test I suggested what could be the problem. With positive results in health, her mother recovered from the deficiency she was suffering. Now she is fit. He is a friend now."

Raghavan: oh I see. He looked convinced

Dean: "my doctors are the best".
Sir was showing his proud face with smile.

Raghavan: ya I can see that.
So Dr Mira, we can discuss the event plan in my office. Office cab will pick you tomorrow from the hospital at 10am sharp.

Mira: I gave a look towards Dean sir. He gestured to say yes.
"Ok sir"! I replied.

Raghavan: "ok then dr vishwanath, i take you leave. See you tomorrow Dr Mira". He gave a smile.

I smiled back and shook hands with him.

Why was he interested in Sidharth. ? Why Sidharth never attended his party or event?
Oh god this is so confusing.

I dialled his number. Again it's unreachable. Gosh his shoot.
