Sidharth POV

"H.....he..yy Sidharth"!

"Hi Mira! I thought you were busy. You told me that. Why are you avoiding me."

"It's nothing like that I wa..as bu..sy. I had a meeting with Dean but last moment it got cancelled.". she replied

Do you think I am that naive Mira! I mentally told myself.

I stared her for a moment.
Her eyes saying she can't lie.

Then I decided not to embarass her any further.

"So how are you?"
"I am good? You tell". She replied.

"Let's go for the dinner."  I asked

"Not today Sid. I am tired".

"Please Mira , I want to tell you something".

"What? "
"Not here. Please come!"

Mira POV

"Please come!"

I thought for a moment.

"There is nothing wrong in having a dinner. I need to have it." I convinced myself

Ok.

We drove to the restaurant we last visited.

"What you want to tell Sidharth"?

"Not here Mira, I will tell you once we reach there. It's about Sejal".

Sejal? His girl friend? What he wants to tell about her? Are they getting married! Thought itself pained me.

I said ok

We reached the destination and order our dinner.

I gathered my courage and asked him. "What happen Sidharth . "What about Sejal"?

Sidharth POV

"What about Sejal." She asked.
I saw her expression. She looked irritated.

"She is not my girlfriend. I told you I love her. But it's one sided love. She don't love me. It is me who loved her. Actually I respect her a lot. I admire her persona. She lives so far I don't know if she ever be mine. We don't call to each other.  It's all from my side. So I stopped doing it long back. I never comprehend my feelings to her. Probably I never will. She is an ambitious girl. Now She has changed the country . My love is actually my admiration towards her. Like we idolize a cricketer or an actor". I lied to her.

"So you two never dated"? She asked

"No never.. we were friends". I lied again.

"What she does"?

She is a doctor. Pathologist.

A pathologist"? She laughed.

"Ya quite a coincidence". We both laughed.

"Don't worry Sidharth you will get a good girl as wife. better than her." She replied.

I laughed when she said better than her. How can it be possible. Sejal is Mira afterall.

Mira POV

Sidharth revelation about Sejal bought somewhat relief in My heart.
But why? May be I can talk to him normally like we do earlier.

"So you will not search for her". I asked.

"No! I respect her decision. She has to build career". He replied.

"How is the food" he asked

It's good.

We talked and giggled then left for the home.

Sidharth POV

"You will get a good wife." She said.

I hope it's you Mira. Every time I came back to my room I think about her. I love her. Yes I do. I realised it now.
While talking about non existing girlfriend Sejal, Mira looked hesitant. I read her eyes. When I said I admire Sejal and mine is just one sided love, I saw relief in her eyes. She was normal after that.

That means she was avoiding me for the sake of my relationship.

Why this girl is so thoughtful.? She is unbelievable sometimes. She is making me crazy. I love everything about her. I fear the day when I confess my love to her. Will she agree? What if she denies. I read some emotions in her eyes. I don't want to hurry. I will be careful.
What if she think I will be in love with Sejal. ?

I can't think about any girl except her. I choose name Sejal because both name has same meaning. That is ocean. I appreciated myself for being so intelligent. One day I wish to know the meaning of the name Mira. Then saw many alternative names. Yes Mira and Sejal both are same.  She will understand when she accept my love proposal. But before that I need to handle her friendship carefully.

Mira pov

I don't know why I felt relieved when he said sejal is not his girl friend. May be it is the friendship we cherished . But i don't know why i am happy. May be because i can talk to him freely. I was thinking about it suddenly My mobile show one notification. It is my hospital Dean. He wanted to see me tomorrow for something important. I am nervous why he wanted to meet me. Soon i went into deep sleep with mixed feelings & anticipation.
