"Look, these carrots are shaped like stars. It reminds me of something..."

That line made you all stop and stare in disbelief. Was he another stand user? "That's right. Someone I know has this exact mark on their neck."

"You... Are you another.." Kakyoin stammered.

The strange man just smiled eerily in response. Shwooom! Out of nowhere, a long silver rapier came out of your bowl of soup. You jumped back, surprised by the sudden attack.

"Y/n look out! It's a stand!" Avdol warned.

An arm emerged from your bowl and swung the sword towards you. Your stand Ravel blocked it with his scarf just in time. Avdol flipped the table over trying to protect everyone and to get the stand to show itself. The enemy stand revealed itself, it looked like a silver knight with a long and pointy rapier.

"Magicians Red!" The fire bird hurled flames towards the fully exposed stand, and it pointed it's rapier towards the fire.

"What? Another stand user!"

The mysterious stand twirled the flames into the flipped over table, and it created a functioning fire clock.

"His sword is so fast..." Kakyoin managed to get out.

Kakyoin... Please, just watch your wording. That's not good out of context...

"My stand represents the chariot card! Silver Chariot!" The Frenchman's triumphant voice rang out. "Mohammed Avdol, it appears you want to die first. I made a fire clock on that table! I'll kill you before the clock strikes twelve!"

"Your sword is quite fast. It is very impressive, but do you really think you can defeat me before the flame on the table strikes twelve?" Avdol took a confident step forward. "Does this not strike you as conceited... um.."

"Polnareff. But allow me to introduce myself fully... Jean Pierre Polnareff!"

"Merci beaucoup." (thank you very much in french) "I appreciate your formality. However.." Avdol pointed at the table and the flames grew and engulfed it, making the table fall flat onto the floor. "Monsieur Polnareff, do not be foolish and think that my flames will burn as they would in nature. My stand is named Magician's Red for it's ability to freely control flame."

"You dare call me conceited? Do you think my swordsmanship is nothing more than mere conceit?!" Polnareff tossed 5 coins high up into the air and in a blink of an eye his stand had pierced all of them in one strike.

"He pierced all 5 of them in a single stab!" Mr. Joestar yelled in shock.

"No. Look closer." Jotaro urged.

The coins were all pierced, and in between them was a small chunk of fire?! How do you even cut FIRE?

Kakyoin's eyes widened. "That's..."

"I-I see... The flame is connected between each coin." Avdol commented, a bead of sweat trickled down his forehead.

Polnareff let out a mocking laugh. "I'm glad you understand what this means for you. I'm not conceited at all. My stand is capable of severing fire! It can cut air in half, creating a gap of nothingness between it!"

This guy sure is arrogant, I'm sure he'll make a mistake and Avdol will defeat him. You look over to the said man, his face was riddled with fear and dread.

"Simply put, your Magician's Red is no match for my Silver Chariot."

Crap.

With a wave of his rapier, Silver Chariot seemingly vanished. Bewildered, all of you looked around and found him next to the restaurant's entrance. None of you knew how he got there, you guys didn't even see him. This guy's speed was insanely high.

"My stand, represented by the chariot card, suggests conquest and victory. I could end things here in this room but,"Polnareff turned to the man in the red robe. "Avdol, your flames are much stronger in the open is it not? It's only right if I defeat you under the fairest circumstances: a true victory!"

Ok, this Polnareff guy isn't too bad. At least he does things fair and square.

You were still worried if Avdol was going to win this fight though. Magician's Red could burn metal easily, but Silver Chariot could pierce fire and air! What?! At least now Avdol has an advantage since they're fighting out in the open.

Polnareff led the group into a more open area to fight; It was some sort of garden with a plethera of abstract statues and colours. Avdol, who was in front of you, was looking at the landscape presented. You could tell that he was working out some of plan in his head. The two men took their spots in the 'arena' while the rest of you stood in the sidelines to watch. At last, the battle began.

Silver Chariot charged straight away, throwing a barrage of fast attacks towards Magician's Red. They were useless though because none of them actually hit the target. Then out of nowhere, Silver Chariot started speeding up the attacks. As if they weren't fast already!

Before the stand could speed up any further, Magician's Red spewed out some fire to stop Silver Chariot. Like earlier, the flames were just deflected. When Magician's Red moved out of the path of the fire, you say something behind Avdol's stand. One of the statues were carved to look like Magician's Red!

"Hey, he carved the statue into Magician's Red! He's mocking Avdol!"

Seriously. This guy has enough time to mess around in a duel? No dignity.

Polnareff just let out a small chuckle. "When will you show me your true power?"

You turned to Avdol, the red robed man just stood there with his eyes closed and hands clasped together. It looked like he was either meditating, trying to not get angry at Polnareff, or channeling his stand's power. One of those three.

To your right, you noticed Mr. Joestar look on with realization and panic. "Hurry! We need to hide! Avdol is using that move!" He just straight up nigerundayo'd out of there.

The seriousness in your tone scared you, so you just ran with him not even questioning what that move was. Just after all of you ran behind a wall you heard a thunderous cry from behind you.

"Crossfire Hurricane!" (Hurricane Katrina? More like hurricane tor-)
