The door opened and revealed Polnareff, all cut up and bloody. He was leaning on one side while gripping his shoulder.

"What happened to you?!"

"Oh nothing much, just a stand user attack."

This guy... You've gotta be kidding me...

"Um okay then. I guess... Just bandage yourself up and then we can go to the meeting?" You awkwardly gave him some of Ravel's bandages. The Frenchman smiled and went to the bathroom.

How can he act like he isn't all bloody and injured?

Polnareff's room was completely trashed, glass shards spread across the floor and his bed was covered in holes. There were cracks in the walls, not to mention the dead body of a boy on the ground.

Must have been one hell of a stand fight.

Polnareff got out of the bathroom, his wounds were all wrapped and bandaged. They were very noticeable with some blood seeping through but hopefully no one would question them.

Some people stared at you two as you walked down the halls, but that was pretty much it. You opened the door to the meeting room. Mr. Joestar smiled, "There you are Y/n and Polnareff, we need to discuss how to take care of Devo The Cursed."

Polnareff explained that he already defeated him, as if it wasn't obvious with all of his wounds. The rest of the meeting was practically useless, so Mr. Joestar dismissed everyone to do their own thing. As everyone left, Kakyoin and Jotaro walked up to you.

"Hey Y/n, me and Jotaro wanted to explore town a little bit. Do you want to come with us?"

"Yeah for sure! Is it okay if Anne comes too?"

"That's fine by me. We'll get ready now, so let's all meet outside in about 5 minutes."

The two boys went back to their hotel room so you went to get Anne. She was pretty eager to come with you and explore.

Outside you see Jotaro and Kakyoin waiting. You wanted to take a look at all the shops scattered around town.

Near the hotel there was some commotion; There was an ambulance and some police cars parked outside. Anne tugged on your sleeve.

"Why are there police cars over there?"

"I don't know, let's keep walking and catch up to Jotaro and Kakyoin."

You dragged Anne along while she peeked over your shoulder.

"Y/n why is Mr. Polnareff there with the cops?"

What?  You turn around and see Polnareff being handcuffed and shoved into a police car. This was a disaster. Someone probably found the dead body in his room.

"Oh nothing, he just wants to buy them donuts. Now let's go to Kakyoin." You lied and hurried over to the boys. Flowers lined the sides of the path you walked along, and the weather was pretty nice.

While you were walking, Anne let go of your arm and excitedly ran up to a street vendor on the side of the path.

"Can I have some ice cream?" She smiled.

"Welcome little girl! Ice cream's good and all but so's this!" The man running the stand held out a coconut. "It's chilled coconut juice! Want some?"

You went beside Anne and nodded. "Yes please, we'll take 4."

The sign said that one would cost $4.00 so 4 coconuts would cost $16.00, quick maths. Kakyoin decided that he would pay, so he pulled out some money from his wallet. He gave it to the vendor but as he returned his wallet, a stranger snatched it from his hand and bolted.

Kakyoin's eyes were grave and serious as he made Hierophant Green trip the thief. Sweating profusely, the thief looked up to see an angry Kakyoin.

"You shithead... Did you think you could get away with stealing my wallet, you fucking bitch? Spill your guts!" Kakyoin unexpectedly bashed the man's face into his knee, and blood was gushing out all over the place.

Jotaro was shocked and Anne was scared.

Kakyoin held the man up by his hair. "You scumbag... you're worth even less than a cockroach's dick! How dare you steal my precious wallet!" He held the man over his shoulders and attempted to break his spine.

"Hey, what's wrong with you Kakyoin? You'll kill him!" Jotaro spoke up.

Kakyoin's acting really off. You've never heard him swear like this before, and he hasn't been this aggressive.

Without warning, Jotaro pushed Kakyoin and forced him to release the man. "I said back off, got it? Dammit Kakyoin, what's gotten into you?"

Kakyoin frowned. "That hurt. You didn't have to push me like that. Only such a horrible person would try stealing my wallet. It goes without saying that I'd retaliate. Is that so wrong, Jotaro?" Kakyoin sipped some of his chilled coconut while staring at Jotaro dead in the eye. Everyone especially Kakyoin was being awfully hostile with each other.

"What are you glaring at Jotaro? Don't tell me you're looking to fight me?"

The tension in the air was making you nervous. What did the street vendor think? This situation was making you all seem suspicious. Some children were laughing nearby, if they continued fighting it wouldn't be good.

Kakyoin chuckled. "Jojo! There's no need to strain yourself over this! I'm just a bit agitated today. The trip here was exhausting and it put me in a bad mood."

"A bad mood? You seemed fine earlier. Gramps and Avdol said we should get to India by train. We're leaving tomorrow." Jotaro turned and walked away. "We'll take a cable car to Singapore to reserve tickets."

You follow Jotaro while drinking your chilled coconut. It tasted really good, but Kakyoin was acting off and that ruined it. Anne caught up to you and clutched your arm tightly. She was panting and it looked like she saw something that scared her.

"What happened?" You asked.

"N-Nothing."

Did Kakyoin do something to her? You look back and locked eyes with Kakyoin. He looked normal but he definitely didn't act normal.
