You wanted revenge, like Polnareff. That was why you tagged along.

Looking up, you realised that everyone was looking at you with a worried expression written on their face. Kakyoin put his hand on your shoulder and looked at you with soft eyes that seemed to say 'Sorry for the trouble we've caused you.'

"Polnareff, why did you have to talk about that in front of her?" Avdol said in a hushed voice.

Polnareff sweat dropped. "Listen Y/n, I'm sorry for bringing up that topic, but you do understand me right? We went through the same thing, so you have to know what I'm feeling."

You stayed silent for a moment. Even though Polnareff brought back some unwanted memories, you understood how important revenge meant to him. You spent two years polishing your stand's abilities, and you couldn't imagine how long Polnareff spent trying to avenge his sister. Taking a few deep breaths, you finally spoke up.

"Well, I do understand you, Polnareff. I know how important vengeance is, but I also think that it might be dangerous to go alone. You could get hurt; J. Geil might have a hidden technique that could mess you up real bad, and no one would be around to help you." You explained.

Polnareff opened his mouth to argue, but you cut him off.

"I'm not saying you're weak. I just think that it's too dangerous to go alone. It would probably be best if I came with you."

He stopped to think for a few moments, before making his decision.

"Alright, fine you can come with me. But I'm going to land the finishing blow on J. Geil." Polnareff's eyes blazed with fire.

"Yep, got it."

You were just about to walk over to Polnareff when Kakyoin stopped you and grabbed your hand. You turned to look at him, and his eyes were wide and pleading.

"Are you really going to leave us, Y/n?" His voice was hushed.

"Don't worry, I've got this. I'll bring Polnareff back after we get revenge," You assured him, smiling.

He lightly squeezed your hand before letting go. Taking one last look at the Crusaders, you walked over to Polnareff. You were determined to win and bring him back to the Crusaders. Whatever you were going to face couldn't possibly stand a chance against you two. Just as you walked away, you swore you caught a hint of sadness traced in Jotaro's eyes, but he lowered his hat down and blocked them.

You and Polnareff walked the streets, searching for a man with two right hands. With the number of people on the streets, it would be almost impossible to find the stand user.

"Polnareff I think this is a waste of time. We're never going to find J. Geil," You said.

"Come on, we just have to keep looking and then we'll find him," Polnareff trudged along looking at peoples' hands.

The two of you spent most of the afternoon looking around for anyone that might have had two right hands, but that time was a waste. Still, you kept asking people if they've seen a person or heard of a person called J. Geil, but no one knew.

Up above, the skies darkened and grey clouds loomed over the city. Soon afterwards, the pitter patter of rain hitting the ground echoed, and most people went inside. The air was humid and a cold breeze blew around you. You put on your jacket that you tied around your waist, didn't want to get a cold out in this weather after all. You almost suggested stopping at a nearby hotel to Polnareff, but his desperateness to find J. Geil stopped you. You knew better than to talk to Polnareff when his eyes were blazing like that.
