Chapter 11

"E-E-Everyone look!"

You turn around and was faced with a giant ship towering over you.

How did we not find this earlier?

All of you stared at it in awe. On the side of the boat, there were stairs that lead up to it's deck.

"It's a freighter!"

"That wasn't there before..." Polnareff thought out loud.

To  your left, Jotaro narrowed his eyes. Noticing this, Mr. Joestar turned to him and asked, "Jotaro what's going on your mind? Could there be a stand user on this ship?"

"No, I'm just wondering why nobody's shown themselves even though the ramp is down."

The front of your lifeboat hit the ramp, and Polnareff hopped onto it. "They came all this way to rescue us! There has to be someone aboard! I'm getting on this ship even if all of them are stand users."

The rest of the crusaders still looked uncertain.

You decided to voice out your thoughts. "If there were stand users on board, couldn't we just team up on them? We have 6 stand users here."

"I think you need more than 6 people to control a ship this big. We don't even know if there are stand users on it," Kakyoin explained.

"And the only way to find out is to get on."

One by one all of you jumped onto the ramp. The kid was the only one left on the lifeboat.

There was a bit of a gap between the stairs and the life boat.

"Grab on, I'll help you up," Jotaro lends out his arm to the girl.

For a couple second she thinks about it, and decides to jump onto you.

"Hehehe I am the chosen one!" You say with pride, earning a 'not amused' look from Jotaro.

"Gimme a break."

On the deck there were loads of machinery, but the ship was like a ghost town; No one was on the it.

All of you checked the pilothouse, where the captain was supposed to be steering the ship. Again, no one was in it.

"What's with this ship? The captain's not in the pilothouse! And the operater isn't in the operater room either." Mr. Joestar walked up to the one of the compasses beside the steering wheel. "All the machinery is fine, so where are the people?"

"Guys over here, look!" Behind you the girl was in beside an open door.

Inside it was a monkey trapped in a cage. That was all that was in the room.

"It's an orangutan," Kakyoin said.

"Who cares about some dumb monkey!? Let's split up and find the guy feeding it." Mr. Joestar suggested.

Everyone left the room, and you were stuck with the girl. At this point, you realised that you didn't even know her name.

"Hey, what's your name? I never got to know it."

"It's Anne," she replies curtly.

"I'm Y/N, stick close to me. There might be some dangerous things around."

Anne nodded.

You walked out of the room, Anne following close behind. All of the crusaders and the crew members were standing around.

Suddenly, one of the machines swooped down and hooked a guy's head, killing him.

You turn Anne around while covering her eyes.
