Just like you age and your body gains weight
You find something expanding in your head.
You learn to delve into the weird & wonderful
And your opinions and beliefs become powerful. You begin to understand who are your friends
you can laugh or talk to besides mere acquaintances.
You become mature when you understand the rule
that making pranks or fun in public isn't always cool.
What is important doesn't seem hard to choose
Living a purposeful life with people who "get" you.Sooner or later you realize that it's healthy to be your own
Looking after yourself "bringing home the bacon".
It might be stressful and you'll struggle a little bit
Just understand it's teaching you, love every minute of it.You come to notice, people's opinion of you isn't true
Somehow you don't fit in the story they made of you.
Nothing's more liberating than not caring what others think
And you start to focus on yourself being part of "outsiders clique".
It is not selfish or conceit to be happy in your own company
When you trust in your instincts that is your moment of epiphany. You start searching for doors that may have opened
Your view of this world and opportunities become broadened.
The change in you shall not be feared but embraced
Re-inventing yourself and learning from your mistakes.
You start to live each moment as you know it is going to end
And you give more chances to relationships, hobbies & your friends. You start to do and love what really makes you happy
Be it painting landscapes, good music or sorting out what makes you unhappy.
Life isn't never ending, but opportunities are limitless
Self-contentment is the key, and so is gratefulness.∙∙·▫▫ᵒᴼᵒ▫ₒₒ▫ᵒᴼᵒ▫ₒₒ▫ᵒᴼᵒ▫ₒₒ▫ᵒᴼᵒ▫▫·∙∙
