Learning life the hardest way

What if..??

Sometimes I wonder..
What if I was a different man?
Stuck up somewhere in different lane..
What if I had a different name?
Playing in Hell probably a different game..

What if I was a little tall or short?
So that when I'd fall it didn't hurt..
What if I had picked up a different choice?
This time hearing my inner voice..

What if I was in a different place?
Living my dream with a whole new face..
What if I wasn't that shy?
Or didn't hold back my feelings or cry..

What if I was white or a little black?
Or something real in this world so fake..
What if I spit the same poison in my words?
That this world spits like stupid cowards..

What if there's someone wishing the life as me?
It's complicated but that's how it's supposed to be..
What if I had a different version?
In the same storyline killing it in major proportion..

What if hanging out with self is cool?
Without giving a damn about these witless fools..
What if these thoughts are product of my chaotic mind?
And I need to respect my existence being a little kind..
