Friday Barnes, The Biggest Mystery Yet

It was the next day. Everyone was tired from the party, even the teachers. They decided not to teach anything and make sure the students of Waterway High felt ok in their new temporary school.

-time skip to PE-
'Hello class, i am Mr Fontana. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Today we are going to start the dance.'

This got all the students of Waterway High very excited. They were all very good at dancing at the party.

'So first i will put you in groups of 4-5, then in three weeks i will put you in a trio group. After another three weeks i will assign pairs then we will move on to solos. And yes I WILL PICK THEM. said Mr Fontana.

The entire class groaned. The Waterway High students hated the snobby rich kids and didn't want to be in their presence longer than necessary. But they couldn't be rude, so they did what the teacher said.

Ian's pov

Great! Hopefully i will have Friday as my partner or team mate. But i really want to do the pairs together. 

As Ian continued to daydream, Drake 'lightly' nudged Ian's side.

'Oy! What was that for?"

Drake indicated with his head toward the entrance to the gym. There stood Daniel. Who does he think he is? Making an entrance THEN sitting next to Friday. This guy has some nerve!

No-one pov-

'So the group 1 will be Friday, Sylvaine, Drake and Patel. Group 2 will be Ian, Daniel, Mirabella and Trea. For the rest of you, i will give you the liberty to chose between group 1 and 2.'

Naturally, the highcrest students wanted to go with group 2 because of Ian. Waterway high on the other hand immediately went to group 1.

'All right, now you will decide on a team captain and group name. I will give you 10 minutes.' with that Mr Fontana went to the pe staff room and left the class.

Ian's pov-
I can't believe i am stuck with Daniel! At least he isn't on Friday's team.

'So, what's the team name and whose the captain.'

'I think I should be the captain' said Daniel

'Oh, why is that?' giving him my 'best fake smile'

'Well, because i seem to be the only one from Waterway High and you don't know them as well as i do. Besides i am the boy captain of the  sports team at my school. They will probably pick Sylvaine to be captain, i know her better than any of you. So...'

He does make a fair point. Also Mr Fontana mentioned that the captains would have to face of against each other. If he loses its his fault.

'fine, no objections'

Everyone just shook their head. Now for the name. Hmh.

'What should our name be, umm Mirabella, what are you doing?

I caught her by surprise, she was staring at Friday? Uh, nevermind
That. She was always jealous of her so it wasn't surprising.

'Lets call ourselves the umm Royals. Cause, you know we are rich.

'But i am not?' Daniel

'What about high crest knights?'

'I don't go here' said Daniel

Ugh. He is hitting the right nerves to piss me off.

'What about 'Dragons'?' daniel suggested

'I like that'

'Me too!'

' Dragons sounds cool'

'Lets go with that'

'Guess is unanimous, Dragons it is' i said

Then Mr Fontana walked in...

Normal pov-

'So team captains present your team name and shake hands'  declared mr Fontana.

Daniel got up and walked towards Mr Fontana. To team Dragons surprise Sylvaine didnt come up. It was Friday. Ian was furious that he missed the chance to hold Friday's hand.

'Well, well. Guess i was wrong. I thought Sylvie would be the captain but this is a wonderful surprise. Daniel said, the grabbed Friday's hand and kissed it!

'Any who, our team name is Dragons. Whats yours?'

'Ours is team Riff Raff with honorary members Patel, Drake and Melanie.'

'So, good luck, your gonna need it.' Friday said with a cute chuckle and closed eyed smile.

'Why am I stuck with the Snobs? Cant i trade with someone?' he looked suggestively at Mr Fontano

' Let me think about it, no.'

'Well good luck to both teams. Captains chose a song for the other team to dance and sing to. The drama and music department have decided that we will combine dance, music and theatre to create the final assignment.'

'Friday, your group shall dance to baby shark. JK, Whenever ft Conor Mayard. Said Daniel

'Well you guys will dance to Despacito. Good luck idiot.' Friday said

'With your kind words i can fly to the moon!' Daniel exaggerated falling towards the ground

'Umm no you can't, that's not scientifically possible' Friday didn't pick up the joke and tilted her head to the side like a confused puppy.

'Just an expression' Daniel said

'oh, well i am stupid' Friday said while cutely thumping herself in the head.

'FOR SOMEONE SO SMART, SHE AIN'T THAT BRIGHT!' all the students of Waterway High exclaimed and started to laugh. Friday was a cute blushing mess.

'Well may the best team win' Said Mr Fontana.

'We will' both captains said then the whole gym erupted into laughter.

Ian pov-

Oh she will be mine soon, or else Daniel will steal her from me.
I love you Friday Astrella Barnes. And no-one can take you away from me.
