Monday at school goes slow, and when lunch finally comes you're ready to just sit and chill with Indiana. When you walk up to the table she is staring at her tray looking like she'd been punched in the gut. You look across the cafeteria and find Bryce sitting with his arm around Addison and mouth the words, 'Oh hell no'

Indiana: *grabs your arm* "Don't. It's fine"
You: "What happened? What changed between when you left my house yesterday and right now?"
Indiana: "Nothing changed. We were never dating or anything. It was just a party and we hooked up. We were both pretty wasted so I doubt he even remembers"
You: "Indy..."
Indiana: "It's ok I promise. I saw it coming. You should have seen how sad she looked when we had to take her home. I knew by the look on his face after that this was coming"
If she won't let you confront Bryce, you're at least going to stare across the room and wait for him to notice you giving him the stank eye. Out of the corner of your sight, you see Noah storm up and shove Blake.
Noah: "What the hell were you thinking leaving her there like she was?"

Blake: "She said she had a ride, what's your problem?"
Noah: "Do you have any clue what could have happened to her? What was so important that you rushed off leaving her. I want to know"

Blake: "My mom really did text me. I swear to God."
Bryce: *stepping between them* "Noah, why the hell do you care so much?"
Noah: *reaching around to shove Blake back* "She's my friend and I'm not going to let him put her in positions to get hurt"
Blake: "I like her, so unless you're going to speak up and admit there's something more going on here, then butt tf out"
Griffin drug Noah out of the cafeteria in hopes of defusing the situation.
