After school, Indiana has broken out of her depressed mood and has a plan to get Bryce's attention back. She asks you to go to the soccer game tonight to watch the boys play. You both run to your house and get ready. You dress in a school t-shirt and athletic shorts. Your hair is pulled back into a ponytail then you let Indiana do your makeup complete with cute face paint in the team's colors.

Your school's soccer team is state champs 6yrs running so it's always packed with people every game. You jump up and cheer every time your team scores and at one point Blake looked up and smiled at you. After the game, you and Indiana stood at the fence waiting for the team to head off the field and pass you in hopes she could talk to Bryce, but Noah approaches you first.

The compliment was simple but made your stomach do somersaults. You didn't even notice when Blake walked up and wrapped his arms around you and pulled you into a kiss in front of half the school.

The whole team goes out to a late-night diner after every game and Blake makes a point to tell you that you have to come with them. He looks over at Indiana and tells her she should come too because he realizes you won't leave her.
At the restaurant Blake pulls you next to him and spends the entire night with his arm around you. You worry if Indiana is ok. Addison hadn't come for some reason, but that didn't change the fact that Bryce was too distracted by the boys to pay any attention to her. She seemed to be doing okay though chatting with Dixie who was cuddled up to Griffin. You couldn't help but look over at Noah every few minutes to see if he gave any hint that it bothered him, but he was all smiles paying you no worry.
Blake: *kissing you on the forehead* "You look so cute tonight. I love that you came to my game"
You didn't have the heart to tell him you'd only really come to support Indiana, but the truth is it felt amazing to be in Blake's arms. He was one of the most loved guys at this school and being on his arm made everyone treat you so differently.
After dinner everyone is leaning up against their cars talking and you look at your phone to see it's after midnight. You are grateful that your parents promised you wouldn't have a curfew this year as long as you let them track your phone.
Dixie walked up to you and asked if she could spend the night so her mom doesn't know she stayed out so late with Griff. Indiana is supposed to spend the night again, but you figured they were chatting all night so hopefully she won't feel like Dixie is intruding. Indiana had been your only real friend for over a year so she's never had to share you.

Noah walks up and asks if you girls have a ride home but before you could answer that Indiana has her car, Blake interrupted.
Blake: "I'll make sure she gets home, Dad"
Noah is not amused by Blake's arm draped across your shoulder, but you can't figure out why. He had made absolutely zero moves on you even after you tried to make it clear that you and Blake weren't anything yet. Everyone started heading out and Blake offered you a ride but you told him you had a sleepover planned with the girls and should ride with them.
