Y/N's POV
You could hear Deku's sad voice through text. You sighed as you and Bakugou walked through the doors.

You found you seats and waited. You wondered who sat next to you. Almost like magic Deku walked down your row.

"What the hell are you doing here nerd?" Kit-Kat asked. Deku struggles to speak but eventually spat out,

"I-I....I am uh sitti-ing here K-Kacchan." You smiled brightly. Deku sat down next to you and you say Kit-Kat vibrating with anger.

"So..... are you guys excited to be here?" You asked trying to make some conversation.

"Of course I am! Although the chances of me getting in are very low but if......" Deku started to wonder off. It was almost like the word mutter was floating around you. You nudged him and he squealed. "O-Oh sorry N/N." You looked at Kit-Kat.

"Hey Kit-Kat what section are you going to?" You saw section A on his card. You were going to section C. "Looks like I'm not going to be in either of your sections." You said sadly.

"Hey! Don't look at my card!" Kit-Kat demanded putting his card away.

"Wassup high school candidates. Thanks for tuning into your school DJ." Yamada was being quit.... too quiet. "COME ON LEMME HEAR YA!" There he was. You clapped as loud at you could and screamed hoping that other would join in.

"That's the spirit N/N!" You smiled but everyone just awkwardly stared at you. "Let's just skip to the main show! Lemme tell you what's going down ok?" He made a pose and background music suddenly played. "ARE YOU READY?" He basically sang.

"YEAHHHHH" You screamed you felt bad for him so you decided to cheer him on. "WOOOO UA! UA! UA!" You tried to start a chant but it didn't work.

"Oh my god it's radio hero Present Mic! I listen to his radio show every week. It's crazy that all the UA teachers are heroes-" Deku started to fanboy like usual.

"Will you shut up?" Kit-Kat asked but it sounded more like a demand.

"Like your application said, you rockin' boys, gals, and non-binary pals will be out there conducting your test out there in suburban settings! After I drop the mic here you guys will be going to your assigned sections!" Everyone pulled out their cards again.

"Wait N/N what section are you in again?" Deku asked.

"C" was all you said you were too busy wondering who would be in your section to pay attention.

"I see they're splitting friends up so they can't work together." Kit-Kat pointed out.

"Yeah!" Deku said he was looking at Kit-Kat's card even though you were in his way. "Our examinee numbers are right next to each other but we are all in different sections."

"Get your eyes off my card." Kit-Kat said again but this time to Deku.

"Ok!" Yamada caught your attention. "There are 3 different types of robots. In every battle center." The screen turned to a picture of a bird's eye view of a battle center. You saw 3 blacked out robots. 1 had 1point over it the next had 2points over it and the last had 3points over it. "You'll get more points based on their level of difficulty! You're goal is to get most points with your quirk by shredding these villains like a guitar solo! But check it, stay heroic, attacking other examinees is a UA no no!" Yamada said.

"Excuse me sir but I have a question." You heard a familiar voice say. You watched Iida rose from his seat and a spotlight was placed on him.

"Hit Me!" Yamada responded.

"On the printout you listed 4 types of villains not 3. With all respect, if this is an error on official UA materials it is shameful. We expect the best from Japan's most notable school. A mistake like this won't do. Additionally you with the unkept hair," He pointed and Deku. "You've been muttering this entire time stop that. If you won't take this seriously, leave. You're distracting the rest of us. Also, lady with the h/c hair."

"Yes?" You responded.

"Please quit screaming. You are a bigger distraction than him." He said. Ok that's it. You thought to yourself you stood up.

"First off, Present Mic was probably going to explain the 4th robot next why don't you wait till the end instead of interrupting? Second, you should've talked to my friend off to the side. You don't like how I'm embarrassing you now right? Well that's how you made him feel. Third, Present Mic wanted people to shout for him and hype him up so don't get mad at me." You looked at Yamada and bowed, "Sorry for interrupting." You said and you sat down. Iida didn't say a word at he sat down. You felt a little bad but, you weren't going to let him embarrass yourself or Deku.

"Alright Alright, N/N please calm down and examinee number 7111 thanks for calling in with your request. The 4th villain type is worth 0points." The silhouette of a robot popped up with 0points over it. "It's more of an obstacle tha....."

"Pretty boring huh?" You heard. You looked around but saw no one talking. "You won't find me in the crowd I'm in your mind." It said.

Please go away random voice. The voice seemed so familiar but you had no idea where it came from.

"No I don't think I'll leave, I wanna help you get into UA."

Why would you help me and who are you?

"I'm glad you asked well it's...."
