Part 2-The Queen and the Hero

"You messed up, Gaia! He knows that you are something!" Rowan shouted at his sister while they sat around the breakfast table.

Morgan turned to Terra who was eating cereal when she looked up and sighed, "Come on, Rowan, don't worry. She made a mistake." Terra said before Layla came into the kitchen and dining room seeing her kids.

"Yes, she did make a mistake, a big one. First of all, you shouldn't have been out that late. Second of all, you aren't supposed to use your powers outside this house." Layla stated angrily. "Morgan, you and I will have a chat about this all later. But Gaia, today you need to find that boy's house and have a talk with him."

"If you were gonna teach us to fight, why can't we use it?" Gaia asked Layla.

"For self defense. Not to take out a dangerous alien. There are a lot of dangerous people out there that want to hurt aliens like yourself," Layla replied when Rowan stood up and looked down at Daisy.

"Let's go track down the queen," Rowan told his girlfriend. Morgan shook her head and stormed off upstairs when Terra grabbed her plate and went over to the sink. She placed it into the sink and went into the other room.

"Mama, I'm sorry that someone saw me. It wasn't my intention for him to catch me." Gaia responded.

"Just go...please. Go get ready for school." Layla told Gaia before she turned around and headed away with her laptop into the other room where Terra was at.

Gaia shook her head before she reached down grabbing her backpack when she got a text.

Connor: I need to talk to you

As Morgan turned around in her room, she saw Gaia leaving the house through the window.

"Wonder what she's up to?" She muttered quietly. Her room was a light blue color with her bed in one of the corners and a desk was by the door. She went over to her closet and bent down opening a box.

Morgan pulled out a small drone and smiled. She opened her window and turned on the drone. Then Morgan pulled out her phone opening an app to control the drone. An app that she created with the help of her dad when she was 8 years old. The drone flew off while she laid back on her bed for a while since school won't start for an hour.

"Run! Run! Skye, you better keep up!" shouted a man in a military uniform. Skye was running around a track with the man who was right beside her screaming at her as she ran.

At that moment, Skye stopped putting her hands on her knees out of breath. The military man paced around her while he stated, "No daughter of mine will be slower than any human on this planet." The man had gray skin and black eyes. His black hair was greased back.

Skye turned to him while she took her water bottle and drank from it, "Go home. School starts soon." Skye told him when she ran off continuing her running around the track.

As Skye's dad shook his head and looked around, he saw a mail truck pulled up in the parking lot that looked suspicious. A lady stepped out of the truck with her short blonde hair in a bob with her eyes covered by black sunglasses.

She smiled at the Khund man lifting her hand. A dart was shot at the man making him fall to the ground unconsciously.

Gaia showed up to the address that Connor had texted her. It was a small house in a not so great part of the town. Gaia peered at her phone just as the door opened.

"Gaia, come in, come on!" Connor said when Gaia quickly walked up to the house and smiled at Connor.

"So what did y—" Gaia was saying when a brown haired girl came in the room that the pair were standing in. She looked up at Gaia smirking, "You are the girl my brother likes then." She nudged Connor before he glared at her.
