In the morning on the next day, Layla got up covered in a sheet completely naked when she turned to her side seeing that the bed was empty. She checked her phone realizing that Terra had some lessons to do this morning. As she got up, Layla ran into the closet quickly putting on a red shirt with some blue jeans.
She opened the door to her room running downstairs hearing giggles from inside the living room, "So is that really it?" asked Terra joyfully.
"Yes, it is that easy," Kathy replied when she heard Layla come into the room. "Your mom is here to finish up your teachings, but hopefully she isn't too tired from the long night she had." Kathy smirked at Layla who was smiling awkwardly.
Kathy handed over a cup of black coffee, "Just the way I like it." Layla said quietly as she took a sip of the coffee.
"Of course, so I have to go meet with Gaia to talk about everything," Kathy told Layla who glanced over at the redheaded woman.
"But Gaia is in school right now?" Layla stated, not understanding.
"You should know I have my ways, see both of you later." Kathy headed for the front door grabbing her brown trench coat as she left.
Terra looked at Layla smirking at her, "Are you two-umm-together?"
"Nope, not at all." Layla responded staring at her youngest daughter.
"Oh well, it just sounded like that last night," Terra replied bluntly.

Morgan and Payton were holding hands as they walked through the halls of the school. The two girls came across Axel coming right at them.
"We can go the other way." Payton told Morgan before Morgan shook her head.
"He's not going to get a rise out of me," said Morgan when she approached Axel, pushing passed him. Payton smirked before she turned around fully.
"Keep on walking, maybe go find another girl to mess with!" shouted Payton.
Swiftly, Axel turned around and yelled, "Says the girl who doesn't understand that stalking and having a crush are two completely different things. Connor is sure one unlucky dude!"
Payton's mouth dropped open when Morgan gripped Payton's hand pulling her along. As the pair continued to walk, Payton saw Connor and the baseball team staring at her. The other boys were all laughing hysterically, but Connor was just glaring at Axel as the dark haired guy walked away.

Gaia was studying by herself in the science lab when she heard a knock on the window. When she glanced over, Gaia saw Kathy standing there smiling.
"Time for your day off," Kathy told Gaia who nodded just as the door to the room opened.
Emily walked in seeing Gaia getting up and leaving, she reached for Gaia's arm.
"Heard some rumors about you and Connor? Just wanted to make a few things clear," Emily urged while gripping Gaia's arm tightly.
"Don't worry about a thing, Connor is just a friend," Gaia replied when she pulled her arm away from Emily's grasp. Emily flipped her auburn hair before she strutted out of the science lab.
"Who was that girl? I hated girls like that back in the day!" Kathy said loudly seeing Gaia coming out of the school after she had signed out for the day.
"Emily, she is the popular girl, or whatever," Gaia stated.
Kathy nodded when she looked around before she flashed her blue eyes, "Ready for some training in all things superhero?" Kathy asked.
