**Akela's POV**

Brent's nervous look quickly changed to a smirk. His smile grew as he spoke. "I assure you, I don't have any siblings. I am an only child."

"But you look just like my father-"

"I have a familiar face. I'm sure I look like a lot of people."

"You have the same name-"

"Again, I am sure there are many other people with the same name."

"Then why were you so nervous?"

"I thought you were going to say that I looked like an old boyfriend or something; and since we both have mates, I'm sure they wouldn't be very happy if they know we once slept together"

Caleb growled behind me, "You WHAT?!" He glared at Brent, as Jess glared at me, and attempted to step forward but I caught his hand to keep him back.

"You know that he was just kidding. I never slept with him. Just leave him alone," I told him.

Caleb and Brent glared at each other but they both left the other alone. Web took a break for lunch before going back to training. Caleb refused to let me join again so I was left to just standing and watching the others.

Brent left to go to the bathroom and I was sent after him when a half-hour passed and he still hadn't returned. Once inside, I could hear voices in one of the boys' rooms. I followed the voices to room 9 and stopped to listen at the door. I could hear the voices but the words were all jumbled together.

As quietly as possible, I cracked the door open until I could peak inside. I could see two figures standing near the bed. Brent and another boy were arguing. Brent faced the door but the other boy had his back facing me. I took a couple seconds for me to figure out where I had heard the other voice: Zach.

Even with the door open, I could only catch snippets of their whispered conversation, though not enough for me to decipher their words' meanings.

"I don't think we should ... doesn't seem power hungry-" Brent said.

"I don't care ... girl. I just want ... to take her ... and when you're done-"

"I don't want her ... evil ... stop her-"

I closed the door and slowly backed away. I couldn't tell what their conversation was about but it didn't sound good and I didn't want o be caught listening. I returned back outside alone. "So where's Brent?" Caleb asked as he wrapped his arm around me.

"I couldn't find him," I lied. Tyler looked at me skeptically before lying on my feet. Caleb nodded and pulled me closer to him as his eyes returned to the fight. Brent returned about five minutes later and stood next to Jessica.

I watched the sparing for a couple more hours before the "School" day ended. We all went inside to relax. We huddled in the boys' living room to watch TV.

Jessica and I sat in our mates' laps on the couch with Tyler sitting between us with his head in my lap. Abby, Logan, Chris, and Dylan scrambled for the three beanbag chairs. I laughed when Abby tackled Logan to the floor after he tried to take the beanbag chair out of her hand. Chris and Dylan were already sitting on the other two chairs. As soon as Logan hit the floor, Abby grabbed the chair and sat on it.

Logan huffed when he saw Abby sitting on "his" chair. He walked over and sat down in front of the couch his back leaned against the front of the armrest. Jess grabbed the remote off the end table next to her and pressed play.

Soon, the movie was playing and I snuggled farther into Caleb's chest. I hit him on the back of the head when I felt him harden after I moved. He winced when I hit him then smirked.

"You know you want it," he whispered in my ear then trailed kisses down my neck.

"Oh shut up," I said smacking him again.

I settled back into Caleb's chest ignoring the thing poking my back and ran my fingers through Tyler's fur until I fell asleep with my only family.
