Being extremely smart, I had chosen Thursday for our stupid jealousy plan, so the next day we had no time to talk as we had to rush to school. Still, it was actually a good opportunity to clear a few of the misunderstandings between us.

We walked to school in silence but when we reached our usual point where we separate, I held his arm, saying "come with me."

He saved his arm from my grip but still followed me. Together we went to the back of the school building.

"Bohai, why did you bring him?" The boy asked nervously, pointing at Ming Wei.

Ming Wei fidgeted uncomfortably so I put my arm around his shoulder, "he is with me, is there a problem?"

"N-no, no problem," the boy answered hastily, "did you bring my stuff?"

"Here," I gave him the magazines I brought in.

He checked it, thanked me and walked away before we got caught. After he left, I turned to Ming Wei.

"That's why I separate everyday not because I don't want to be seen with you, but because I have to deliver the stuff before classes."

He was flabbergasted, I could see from his face. He nibbled his lower lip then mumbled "I am sorry" before running to the class. I chuckled to his childish yet super cute reaction and followed him to the class.

Now, there was one less misunderstanding...

As we were already in school, I decided also to figure out what Ming Wei was implying when he said I never helped him against bullies. I knew our classmates liked to tease him before the exams -even I was doing the same until that year- but I never noticed anything outrageous, otherwise I would stop them immediately.

With this purpose in my mind, I didn't leave the class even for a second, observing everything that took place near Ming Wei's desk. As it was a job of dedication, I couldn't leave the class also during the lunchtime. For that reason, I gave money to Wang Yong to buy three of us lunch, then asked him to dawdle Ming Wei out of the class by faking he needed some tutoring.

I ate my lunch at the class while watching around with my eagle eyes. Until the last twenty minutes of the lunch break, nothing happened. I was about to call it a day when I saw Mei Jie and Li Wan put some papers into Ming Wei's bag while the other four in the class were laughing.

"Wait," I stopped them and took out the papers from Ming Wei's bag while the girls were staring at me with obvious shock on their faces. I checked the papers and saw that they were filled with drawings of an ugly looking ghost haunting people, chasing grades, sitting alone under the rain... There were also some writings which were quite evilish.

"What the hell are these?" I yelled at all of them while tearing the papers into pieces. They looked at me for a while without uttering a word, then Han Jin took the word.

"It is a little joke that we always do, why did you get so heated up as if you care?"

I rubbed my face with irritation. How come I never noticed that?! They were bullying Ming Wei under my nose all that time!

"You will never do it again," I threw the pieces of those papers to them, "otherwise be ready for the consequences!"

"Why are you acting like a hero all of a sudden? Wasn't you the one who gave him the nickname?!" Han Jin challenged me one more time while the others nodded.

"Yes it was me," I accepted as it was the truth, "but I regret it now, he didn't and still doesn't deserve such a treatment."

"What is it, Bohai? Did you fall in love with Ghost?!" They all started to laugh.
