When I opened my eyes again, the room was still dark. My head was still throbbing although it was better than before.

"Are you awake?" I heard Ghost whispering while taking the cold pack away from my forehead.

"Hmm, what time is it?" I asked with half opened eyes.

"One a.m," he whispered, "can I move you a bit so that you can eat something before taking medicine?"

Hearing his words, I slowly turned my head to see his face as much as I could in the dark room. "Why are you still awake at this hour?" I asked softly although I knew the answer, I just wanted to hear from his mouth.

"I..." he gently held my arms and pulled me a little up in the bed, a stinging pain pierced through my head but I tried to hide it from Ghost by nibbling my lower lip. Ghost then turned on the night lamb while finishing his words, "I was worried about you, so I stayed here."

That was it. The answer I longed to hear. Now, it was totally worth the pain.

"Thank you," I whispered to his ear while he was placing a pillow to my back.

He hastily pulled himself back as if he contacted with a hot iron. Ouch, I have to admit that it hurt a bit.

"Here," he handed me a bowl after he poured something from the thermos. I held the bowl on my lap but had no energy to move a finger. Also, I was still feeling nauseous so I didn't want to eat anything.

I heard Ghost exhaling heavily before he grabbed the bowl from me again. I thought he would put it back to the nightstand but he did something I didn't expect.

"You have to eat a bit to get better so open your mouth," he held the spoon near my mouth.

In a daze I just opened my mouth, or maybe it opened because of the shock, I wasn't sure, but in any case, Ghost fed me a spoon of porridge.

"It tastes like my stepmom's," I commented.

He gave out a small chuckle, "because she cooked it for you."

"How come?" I frowned. Was she here?

"I called her to ask if you had your medicine at home, she said yes so I went to your house to get it. She also handed me the thermos full of porridge alongside with the medicine."

What? I was sure that I was dreaming. Ghost going my house for my medicine? Wow, even if he didn't feel anything romantic for me, he must have cherished me a lot as a friend. A close friend, hmm?

Well, not only him but also my stepmom, she was so thoughtful to cook my favourite porridge so I must have given her credits as well.

"How about you? Did you eat anything?"

"Hmm," Ghost replied shyly, "Mrs. Zhang made me eat with her while we were waiting for the porridge to be cooked."

"Good," I ate one more spoon, "but you should call her mom otherwise she gonna smack you again." Indeed, I had no energy but nothing could stop me to tease him.

I didn't need to see him to know that he was blushed to my remark. As usual, he didn't say anything, rather wanted to give me another spoon. However, I grabbed his hand weakly, stopping him.

"Can't eat anymore?" he asked while saving his hand from my grip.

I shook my head in negative.

"Take your medicine then," he put the bowl aside and gave me the pill with a glass of water.

After I took the pill, he tucked me in the bed again and turned off the night lamb. Maybe he thought that in the dark I wouldn't notice, but as I was very sensitive to his presence, I could feel his fidgeting indecisively near the bed.

"What's wrong?" I asked at the end, trying to save him from his thoughts.

"Nothing," he hastily answered, "I will go now and you should sleep more."

I grabbed his arm at the first attempt, "stay here." I probably would never have a chance like this to make him stay beside me, so why not using the situation?

"Why? You still feel bad?" There was a prominent worry in his tone which made me super happy.

"Yes, so stay with me," I pulled him to the bed and he fell onto the bed, losing his balance.

"I... can sit on the chair," he tried to stand up but I prevented him.

"No, stay in the bed," I covered him with the quilt. Then I leaned my head on his upper arm as the pressure was helping with the pain.

Ghost didn't say anything or try to push me, he rather grabbed the cold pack with his free hand and placed it to my neck. I believed he did a lot of research on migraine because all the actions he took were according to the book.

Isn't he very precious? Ah, my poor heart...

After saying goodnight, I noticed his breathing got steady immediately as he fell asleep in a second, giving me the opportunity to clench to my angel like a koala and sniffing his heavenly scent.

"Eight three one," I whispered to the sleeping angel while nuzzling my nose to his arm.

"Hmm," he stirred in his sleep and soon, I was also pulled into a deep sleep with my wishful thinking.
