"Cool," I responded.
Lukas, Caidan and i walked to the city council, this city is a dump, there is trash all over the ground and the buildings where falling apart, even the-
"So what do you think?" Caidan inturupted.
"Amazing right?" Lukas added.
"umm, well it could be a little, no a lot better, but i mean it good enough."
That seemed to humor them because they bursted into laughter. I dint find the truth to be humoress, but i guess they lost their minds or something.
"And here we are," Lukas started to say,
"City council, where the council members take your dreams and rip them into little pieces." Lukas walked to the front doors after makking his comment. Caiden explained what happened after Lukas left.
"He had an idea to escape a while ago, they rejected him."
Caiden and i joined Lukas who had his arms crossed and a mean look on his face, i guess he really thought his idea was great. We opened the large brass doors that when opened, revealed 9 men and women, dressed in their best. Lukas and Caiden kneeled at their feet. I dint kneel, i was still wearing my dress from the party and i did not want to get it dirty, it was $5,000 after all. The council member in the middle spoke first.
"Who is this taht you bruung to us."
Caiden spoke, sensing that Lukas woulldnt speak to them, i guess he held grudges.
"This is Lily Grayson, she just came to us."
"insteresting," The council member said.
"Caiden and Lukas, go fetch Lily her new clothes and armor, Lily come with me and tell me why the sorcerer brought you here."
Lukas and Caiden walked away while i joined the council member.
