Okay, so this is the first story I've ever completed. I hope you like it.

"Alright class, remember to be here at the school tonight for the rehearsal of the play. Come in costume and show make-up. Oh and remember to tune up anything you think needs to. Class dismissed," the drama teacher said. Diana was nervous yet excited for the play tonight. She jumped up from her chair and walked outside.

"Diana!" someone yelled. Even in the crowded hallway, Diana knew Jason's voice. Jason has been Diana's best friend since 8th grade. She turned to see where he was coming from. He was weaving his way around people, "Hey, Diana!" when he reached her he was out of breath. "I needed to see you before the play tonight, to wish you good luck." He smiled.

"Thank you, Jason. I wanted to thank you for pushing me to try something new. Even though I've had some troubles, you've helped me."

"Oh yeah. Sure thing. So, I've got something I need to tell you." Before Jason could continue, the bell rang. "Dang, stupid bell. I'll tell you later on. See you tonight! Farewell m' lady."

Diana laughed, "Knock it off, Spiderman."

"Hey, we agreed not to use our nicknames anymore," he said.

"Yeah, I know. But I've called you that since you were him for Halloween and dyed your beautiful golden locks brown."

"Yes, I remember. Okay, I got to go now. See you later."

"Bye," Diana concluded. She headed for her last class of the day; History.

When she walked in the teacher was blabbering about how the 3rd World War would begin. She sat down next to Trevor. Trevor was her boyfriend. "Do you believe any of this rubbish he's talking about?" he asked.

"I don't know, I just walked in."

"For those who just walked in, WW3 is going to start with the opposition of religious beliefs. Protests will occur in the United States and divide our country. Eventually, a war will break out and all hell will come loose. It's not gonna be pretty and," The bell rang. "Okay, I guess that's enough of that. Please pull out your homework and pass it to the front. Today's topic is reviewing for Midterms, which I hope all of you are studying for." There was chattering in the back of the classroom. "Marshall! Is there a reason you are interrupting my class? Zip your mouth, and all of you, pull out your study guides!"

Trevor had slipped a note to Diana when Mr. Payne had his back turned. It read; Excited for tonight? She wrote; Yes, but I'm nervous as always. She handed it to him quietly. He chuckled a bit and wrote something down. He handed it to her. You'll do great and you know it. Diana smiled at him. The rest of the class was easy going, with a hit of boredom. After what seemed like an eternity the end of the school day came. The last bell of that day usually means freedom and a weekend of opportunity, but today for Diana it meant hardcore practicing before the play.

"Hey Diana, want me to come over to your place and help you practice before tonight?" Trevor asked.

"Uh, it's okay. I'll be fine on my own, and there's nothing really to help with. It's just some polishing up."

"Well," he said, smirking. "I could help you out with some homework then."

"I don't know what you mean, I'm up to date with everything, and don't need help."

"Darling, as much as I love you, sometimes you are as clueless as a pirate wearing two eye patches. I just want to be with you, that's all."

Diana laughed, "Oh, why didn't you just say so? Yes, you can come over and 'help me with homework'." Diana laughed. "I'm going to get some stuff from my locker and then I'm biking home. It'll be about a half-hour before I get home."
