It's been a month since I moved in with Jaxon. I'm sitting in class with Riley and we're studying together for a test the day after tomorrow.
"So, how are things with Jaxon," She says.
"Riley, we're supposed to be studying. Stop asking about Jaxon," I tell her.
"But how can I stop asking about the guy my best friend has a crush on," She whispers to me.
I blush and push her away, "Not another word. He's four years older than me and probably in a relationship. There is no way a guy that hot is single."
Class ends and it's time for lunch. I left with Aiden and Vincent to get some pizza, while Riley and Charlie are stuck with school food. When Riley and Charlie found out I knew Aiden, Vincent, Oliver and Dean, they wanted an explanation.
I told them they were friends of someone who knew Jaxon and that they live in the same apartment building. Thankfully, they bought it. I may have lied a bit to them but I did tell them some truth, the four guys do live in the apartment building.
Once we got the pizza, we went back to school and ate outside. The perks of being friends with popular guys is the access that they have rubs off.
"Okay boys, what's your type?" Aiden asks.
"I have a thing for Justine from Biology but she's with Tyler," Dean says.
"Aiden and I like the Foster twins. Aiden likes Cody and I like Christen," Oliver says.
"As you already know, I'm dating Chloe Heartfield. She's part of the gang but you haven't met her yet Luca," Vincent says.
"What's your type Luca?" Aiden asks.
"I don't think you wanna know," I say.
Oliver looks at me, "It's not a girl, is it? You like guys, don't you?"
They start to freak out once they notice my face going pale.
Dean slaps Oliver upside the head, "Why would you ask him that? You heard what happened when Jaxon asked about this. Why would you want to freak him out?"
"Even though it is none of our business, just know that it's okay if you like guys. I'm bisexual and have a crush on a guy. You are not alone," Aiden says.
I smile, "Thanks. It's just hard to be myself since my father doesn't accept things like that."
"Does he know?" Vincent asks.
I shake my head, "No and I hope it stays that way. Anyway, back to the topic at hand. There is someone I like but I don't think I should like him."
"Jaxon?" Oliver says while holding his head.
I turn red and start to nibble on my pizza.
Dean says, "I knew it. Oh my god, you two would be so cute together."
"Nothing is ever going to happen. He is only in my life because Colton wants to kill me or something. Once all this is over, we go our separate ways. Besides, I bet he has a girlfriend," I say.
They all laugh.
I blink with confusion, "What's so funny?"
"Luca," Aiden says, "Jaxon is as gay as it gets. He's almost 22 and had like three boyfriends in his entire life. But, as I recall, there really wasn't any romance in the relationship. And as far as we know, he's a single pringle."
My face turns just as red as my hair. He's gay and single, does that mean I have a chance?
"Maybe you should ask him out," Vincent says.
