Here's a quick thing I need to say and it's that hurricane Laura is close to leveling up to a category 5 hurricane and if it does, you're fucked, everybody's fucked, it's fucked whole Gulf Coast as a whole is fucked.
So get out of there for your own safety, and there's supposed to be a storm surge of up to 20 feet of water, so I suggest you get out of there before you're dead.
If it's 3 to 6 feet or lower you'll survive.
9 feet and up aka. 20 feet and more, and probably 8 feet and 7 feet as well, you're dead, you are most likely dead you most likely gonna die.
