Well, that's correct until you realize that the rooms are holding 120+ men against their will.
The men being held there are legal refugees who are being prosecuted by the Australian Government...
They come from countries such as-
•Iraq,
•Somalia
•Sudan
•Afghanistan
•Sri Lanka
• and Burma
All of which are in the middle of wars and famine.
They've all been held captive for over a year with no word on when this will end.
When the man actually said to use the windows to try and get help hundreds of Australians began to protest next to the hotel, unfortunately, the local police responded super aggressively and began legally beating and arresting and fighting the people in the large groups.
