It's just if they have any suspicion of whatsoever Saying that you might be contagious, they can and will with just their opinion. Remove and detained said persons (children) or you. this is how they're gonna remove the children and or detain you yourself if you are a child in the school or out of the school.
I honestly hope you're paying attention to this. This is a New York state legislation bill.
A person or group removed your detained by order by the governor or his or her delegates per suited to subdivision 2 of sections shall be detained for such period and such a manner as for the department may direct in accordance with as such, which means they can detain you as long as they see fit.
That means if they so far summarize that just one person that they even suspect you may be contagious will be detained and put under measures so that they can not go home or leave said facility.
