regiular and training camp

Time passed and it was the season where new teams get tested at the fall tournament after the retirement of their 3 rd years after summer . .
The fall tournament is held to decide best team in respective regions of Tokyo,  Kansai , kanto etc . The winner of the fall tournament is qualified to participate in koshien spring tournament .

All our team members were working more harder than ever . Members of first string were practicing with fire in their bodies because it was time to chose Bench members from first string who will play in the official tournament . I was also working extra hard filling using my high stamina perk at night to show more and more progress during practice time .

At night in coach office. 

Coach - ( smirk ) players are trying hard to appeal more and more . It's good that members of 2nd and 3rd string are also helping their practice whether it be during practice or off time .

Rei - yes , it will be same for all high school teams as this time of the year is equally important for players like before  summer tournament .

Coach - yes , bench members have been decided now and tomorrow it's time to announce them and give their uniforms. 

REI - yes , let's hope the addition of the first year players can bring plus our teams performance this year .

Coach - yes , and I'm sure that this team is much stronger than our team in last summer tournament .

Next day , coach called for a ground meeting and we all knew the purpose .

We quickly assembled and coach started talking .

Coach - everybody I'm sure you know the purpose of this meeting. Yes it's to announce the bench members of our team for the whole fall tournament. 
Now without any further ado I will start announcing names . Those who names are announced come forward and receive your uniforms .

After that names were called like

Ace - tanba senpai
Captain - yuki senpai
5th batter - masuko senpai
Etc .

I honestly didn't remembered others because I was waiting  for my name to be announced.  No matter how much you work hard sometimes hard work will not be repaid . This I remembered well from my past life so I worked harder and harder to appeal more to the coach .

All of a sudden , I was brought out from my thoughts as my name was finally called .

Coach- number 15 ken . What's  wrong Ken come and accept your uniform . Don't waste time .

Ken - yes sir sorry sir ..

I fully excited went and recieved my uniform . To be honest I didn't hear the rest of the meeting as I was busy staring at my uniform . I was reminiscing my past life where I was waiting for this chance and it never came to be . I was so happy that I didn't even notice that everyone else went back leaving me in the ground. 

Jun - bakayaro , go eat food Ken now . Stop staring at your uniform.  We all know that how much yove worked for it . Go idiot we are counting on you for excellent pitching during the tournament. 

Ken - yes senpai . Sorry , I am so happy now . I will not disappoint you all . We will go to koshien spring tournament definitely ( aura ) .

Jun - bakayaro,, stop trying to make your senpai cry.  Hahahaha.... good brat . Haha  ...

I then went back to my room straight and slept with my uniform without a care in the world . Morning came and I met friends .

Ken - yo you guys

Ken - hahahaha... my condolences to you eijun , kanemaru . Hahaha..

Eijun - you you ... stop saying bullshit while laughing you idiot Ken.  It gets on my nerves . Ah..... shit just when I was over my sadness of not making into bench members.  You you ... remember it .. ( walk away angry ) .

Kanemaru- you idiot , I didn't even have that much hope to make into bench members . Hahaha... ( fake laughing)

Kominato- ma.... they are frustrated right. 

Furuya - yes

Ken - that's right,  that's why I taunted them so that they dont forget that frustration and work harder to make it next time .

After I received thumbs up from kominato and furuya which made me embarrased.  I quickly got over it and we went to meeting of regular members . When the meeting started , the topic was a week long training camp where we would train our bodies to the break limits and play some practice matches at last days .

Then the hellish training camp started . All day we would practice basics first , knock practice,  running , our own practice and same thing over over again.  I practiced more than anybody to break more limits with help of  my high stamina perk . Everybody would be dead tired at the end of the day and furuya and kominato would be dead if nobody took care of them . The whole training time we did everything we could to improve to win and participate at koshien spring tournament. 

I practiced new types of pitch

1. Power  Curveball
2. Sinker

And tried to train them as much as I could so that they could be use in real matches .

At last training camp to the end and we played 2 practice matches with our tired bodies . I didn't even go to watch because coach told me that  I would be a secret weapon for the real tournament.  I was happy that coach valued me so highly and practiced my new pitches while everybody else played the games.  I didn't even bother to remember the results or names of the opponents as they had nothing much to do with me .
