I ran back and and reached the meeting room straight five minutes  before 5.

I saw the coach preparing material for meeting with nabe senpai.  I went and lied with a straight face that I was discussing future interviews with sakura and had per promise that she will only write good about our team.  I then promised myself to talk daily with  her using the line app and discuss cough various things   .

Then the meeting started but I was only reminiscing our time in hotel in my mind.  I only listened to the last part where starting members were announced. 

Starting pitcher was tanba senpai and he will only pitch for first 4 innings . After I would pitch till the end . I will also start with outfielder and bat number 6 th .

After the meeting , I went to meet chris senpai for tips on improving control on my breaking balls as without talent there was a limit with only just hard work . I saw training eijun and decided to interrupt shamelessly. 

Chris senpai told me to improve my finger strength and various small tips to choose from . I thanked him and went to bullpen as it was promised time with miyuki senpai . Tanba senpai was training there with miyuki senpai so I started training with ono senpai .

Ono senpai was a good catcher that could keep his position as catcher if miyuki senpai was not here . He was nice comparing to miyuki senpai and very straightforward with accurate advise . I started practicing using more finger strength as Chris senpai advised and it went extremely well .so I only pitched my breaking balls 10 times each to get the hang of new more tight grip and left to eat dinner .

After dinner I swung my bat till 10 PM and started talking with sakura   . We decided to talk daily on phone and talk about our day . Well , it was mostly listening to sakura complaining about her hard job and all .

After 11 PM we ended our call and I decided to disturb coach with a private matter as I knew that he would be awake at this time. 

Coach - what's wrong Ken,  so late at night .

Ken - sorry sir,  I just had to report something important and receive your guarantee for an important matter .

Coach - carry on (serious )

Ken - sir I have no savings left to pay the school fees from next year . As you know I'm an orphan . I cant skip practice so I discussed with sakura and came up with a good way to earn money  . I showed her my novel and recommended to submit it to a publishing company .I  know you are a language teacher for 2 and 3 year students so I decided it was best to show the prototype to you so that you may decide if the idea was feasible or not. 

Coach- there are many other ways for money but I will look at your novel now as you have decided to earn your money yourself  . I'm proud of your choice but dont expect me to be lenient with my checks ( smirk)

I then showed the novel I wrote for the 1st half of naruto series  without fillers from my past world.  It was more than 200 pages worth but coach finished in less than an hour . I was amazed at his skills .

Coach- it's good not it's one of the best novels I've read till now . Leave it with me , I will submit  it as your guardian to my friend in a big publishing company  . Dont worry about anything and write at your own pace as in writing diligence is most important.  Ah .. dont worry , I will not anyone to know about this matter and keep your identity only in this room   . Go and be ready for tomorrows long and hard game. 

Ken - ( bow ) you know my character well sir .thank you coach I will do my best to take you to koshien with our team .

After then I left filled with gratitude and slept soundly as I knew I handed my work to the right person .

Then morning came and we went to the stadium to play the semi finals and win it .

Crowd - look , both teams are here .hahaha... dont know who will start but all pitchers of seido this time are strong. 

Crowd- you are right . It will be a pitchers battle that's for sure. 

We then reached our dugout listening to the crowd and their expectations.  Our whole team was fired up and various chants were bring sung loudly by the the rest of the members of our team in the stands . I could hear eijuns loud and excited voice mixed within then clearly .

I then activated activated my aura at full power and glared at the opposite bench with determination in my eyes   . My goal was to become a major leaguer and marry sakura I would not spare anyone and crush them with my power and skill all the way till the top .during the fight outs I will become stronger with my team and become unbeatable. 

To be honest I wasn't worried in the slightest.  Tanba senpai was in top shape and only had to pitch for 4 innings at full power and fielders are top class.  There will be not much worry about excessive lead from the start . After that I will pitch the whole game and never give up any run .

All pitchers were somewhat arrogant but these king like pitchers lor mei were the easiest for me as I only had to practice extra hard to hit their pitches and they would at least let me have a chance at my batting 2 times if not stopped by their team then more .

Then the horn sounded and game officially started .
