I went to  coach's office as I was called by him personally .

Coach - on time as always,  Ken.  Sit down .

I was starting to get nervous as coach was unusually serious today . Nevertheless I sat down and paid full attention to his talk .

Coach - you see , I recently found out that you were looking for a house nearby.  Are there any problems with dorm ( serious) .

I was relieved when I heard his question. 

Ken - no sir . Not at all . But you see I'm used to live alone and I find it difficult to practice alone in quiet.  I also cannot find any room to quietly focus on my novels.  Only these small problems are there . But dont me mistaken,  there are benefits too as I learned as much as I could about batting from yuki senpai even though he is absolutely horrible at explaining things .

Coach - so that's it . I was worried for nothing.  You see , it's our responsibility to care of the mindset of our players so I had to confirm with you personally ( satisfied) .

Ken  - its totally ok with me sir .

Coach- ah yes  , I coincidentally found a quest small house that is on sale five minutes from here from a friend.  Its dirt cheap now and good to love for a single young man according to the pamphlet my friend gave me.

I thought just how many friends you got in different fields inwardly .

Ken - thank you sir , I will go buy it tomorrow if I find the location satisfying and I totally believe that you will no tell anybody the address if I decided to live there. 

Coach - of course.

After receiving the pamphlet , I went out and sighed.  I had to to confirm totally from coachs mouth because  I would totally buy the house  to live with sakura . It will be a huge problem if it were found out that I was living with a girl in a small house as I was not considered adult yet .

I didn't tell sakura about this and decided to surprise her after buying the house in the morning. 

I then continued to swing my bat till 12 am and went to sleep . Morning came and I just did a light warm up and left through the front entrance as it was a free day and everyone was asleep .

I quickly found the house.  The location was pretty nice and surroundings were only filled with riads at least a kilometer distance  was the from the next house . It was a 2 story house and was even smaller than my previous one . It looked old and only had kitchen on the ground floor and a small bathroom . The first floor only had a large bedroom which will be enough for me and sakura to sleep .

I then went to the real estate shop where the house was bring sold after listening to the directions with phone . It was surprisingly at least 20 kilometers away from the house.  I went inside and completed the purchase . There was no mention of guardian or parent on the documents so I had to confirm the reason with the employee in charge . He told me that there were no problems with the law which I confirmed with mr nakamura through phone . I guessed that it was for single students as the seller was a alumni of seido high school . That's why it was dirt cheap. 

I quickly signed every necessary document and transferred the money which didn't even hurt that much . He told me that they also had a contact with good cleaning company and different type of shops.  As expect of s local real estate company . I checked time , it was 8 am now so I decided to hire  the cleaning company and buy a slightly large bed,  water cleaner , small table and an old computer by reading the catalogue. 

Everything was set up perfectly by 12 PM.  I paid for everything and decided to call coach and sakura . I told the coach about the successful purchase and told sakura to come to the address mysteriously .

Sakura came quickly in the same old company car .

Ken - ne sakura chan , what do you think about this small house.  Should I buy it for us .

Sakura - its good small and cozy and location is also good . So yes ( deep blush)

Ken-  baka didn't use see the bed , table,  computer etc . I already  purchased it hahaha     . ..

After being satisfied by seeing her cute pouting place , I took her we went  inside our ne home .
