You were on an expedition with your squad and got injured very badly. A titan had run by you and threw some debris. A piece of it pierced your heart. You are now at the infirmary.
Y/N'S POV:
"Y/N? Y/N? Are you awake?", a voice called out. Everything sounded faint and everything looked blurry. "She's waking up. Go get the medicine.", the same voice stated. I heard whispering after the doctor said that. I assumed it was other doctors getting the medicine. My vision started to come into focus. My hearing began to get better too. "E-excuse me? W-why am I h-here?", I asked. " Oh! You are awake. Good. You are here because some debris pierced your heart.", the doctor said.
"My name is Doctor Lauren", she said. "Nice to meet you.", I responded. A few moments later the other doctors came rushing back. "Where is the medicine?", Dr. Lauren asked. "Well, we ran out. There is no more.", one of the other doctors said.
Everyone froze and they looked at me. "Ok.", Dr. Lauren said softly. It kind of sounded like she was sad. Then someone knocked on the door. "Who is it?", one of the doctors asked. "It's me. Levi." The doctors looked at me for permission to let him in. I nodded. They walked over and opened the door. He stood there. Shook. He ran over to me and kneeled down while holding my hand. "What the hell happened to you Y/N?", he said, his voice shaky and soft. I felt really bad.
I was too weak to say anything so Dr. Lauren had to explain. "Um hi. I'm Doctor Lauren. Y/N is suffering from a really bad injury. She was pierced in the heart by debris from a titan."
"Well are you going to give her some medicine? Instead of standing here watching her suffer?", he gave the doctors a "tf?" type look. "We were going to but we ran out of medicine." "Ok so is there something else you can do?", he asked. Levi was really concerned. He wanted me to be ok. "I'm sorry but there is nothing else we can do. All we can do is take the debris out and she can bleed to death quickly or she can stay like this and die slowly."
"NO! There has to be another option. I- you can't just let her die. Plea-" "It's ok Levi. Those are the only options. There isn't anything else they can do. Just calm down.", I said. I said it in a tone that would be soothing but serious at the same time. "Ok.", he whispered, tears streaming down his cheeks.
"I'm sorry, love. Please don't blame yourself for this.", I said, combing my fingers through his hair. It was so soft and silky. I was going to miss that. "Please don't leave me...", Levi pleaded. It was excruciating watching him slowly break down. With all the trauma he's been through I was only adding to it. "I'm sorry.", I whispered.
I cupped his face with my hand, positioning him to look at me. "I love you, Levi. Please don't beat yourself up about this. None of it is your fault." His grey-blue eyes only teared up more. He was begging me to stay. But I couldn't. "Goodbye, baby...", I said.
Right after you said that you passed away. Levi cried a river right in front of you. He stayed there for hours trying to wake you up, even though he knew you were dead. Your squad came to see that you had died. Even Levi's squad came to see you. Everyone was hurt. And the Survey Corps wasn't the same without you.
