Omg so this hurricane came and hit my town last night and I couldn't get any fucking sleep it was the fucking worst. I thought that the wind from the hurricane was gonna break my window. I was so scared chile. It was hurricane Zeta for those who know. I thought I was gonna die last night 😃👍 (I live in Gwinnett County which is in Georgia)
But anyways onto the story!
This doesn't really have a plot it's just a normal school day :D✨
Also, this is kinda long bc it has like 2000+ words so ya :) And I didn't feel like reading over this because it is so long so there might be some spelling errors and stuff like that.
Y/N'S POV:
Today is going to be a long day of school. I have a quiz in math, a project for science, and I have an essay I have to read out to the whole class for language arts. Not to mention, a new student in social studies. Just great. My classes are a bit weird. Okay so everyone has a specific group of teachers called 'teams'. On each team, there are four teachers: science, math, social studies, and language arts. One of those teachers will be your homeroom teacher. So my homeroom teacher is also my social studies teacher. So after I come in in the morning and the morning announcements are over, I don't have to move classes because I am already there for social studies.
Anyway, I am walking down the hall with my friends Mikasa and Eren. The rest of my friends are in the classroom. Me, Mikasa, and Eren all ride the same bus. Our bus is always the last bus to get to school so we are the only students in the hall. "He Y/N don't you wonder who the new kid is going to be?", asked Eren. I held the straps on my backpack and looked at the floor. "Yeah. I do wonder who it is. Do you think it's a girl or a boy?", I asked. "Oh great, here goes Y/N turning this into a gender reveal party.", said Mikasa. We all laughed in unison. "Well, I think it's a girl. Every time I say it's a boy, it's a girl. So I'm just gonna guess it's a girl.", Eren said confidently. "I think it's a girl too.", I agreed. "Hmm, well I think it is a boy. So if you two are wrong you owe me five dollars each and if I'm wrong I owe you five dollars each. Deal?", Mikasa said calmly. "Deal!", I said happily. "Bet.", Eren said competitively.
We were right in front of the door now. "Time to get paid.", Eren said. We opened the door and walked in. All three of us scanned the classroom to see if there was anyone new. Nobody. We all looked at each other confused. "Hello, you three. I know your bus is usually late so we waited for you before we started class. Go ahead and have a seat so we can begin." The desks were in groups of four. We sat at our assigned table and unpacked our stuff. Ironically, the teacher put me, Eren, and Mikasa together. Our teacher doesn't usually put friend groups together but since we are well-behaved, we get to sit together.
Even though there are four spots, only three of us sit here. "Hey, do you guys think that the new student will sit here?", Mikasa whispered. I looked around the room to see if there were any other spots. Then I nodded and said, "Yeah, all the other tables are full." Eren was just about to add on to what I said but the teacher interrupted him, "Alright class, today we are going to have a new student. Please be respectful to them when they come in okay?", she asked us. "Okay.", the class said in unison. She walked over to the door and opened it. The student walked in and stood in front of the room. It was a boy. Mikasa snickered while Eren and I pouted. "Everyone, meet your new classmate, Levi Ackerman!", the teacher said. "Hi!", the class said.
"Ok, let's find a place for you to sit. Oh! Do you see that young lady right there?", she pointed to me, "I want you to go sit next to her ok?" He nodded and started walking towards me. As he got closer, I started to see his features a bit better. 'Woah, he is cute.', I thought to myself. He sat down next to me and I looked away. "Hi! My name is Eren. Nice to meet you!", Eren said. "My name is Mikasa.", Mikasa said. "And my name is Y/N! I hope we can be great friends this year.", I said smiling. He looked at me and his eyes widened a little bit. Then he hid his face. Mikasa and Eren looked at me confused. I just shrugged.
