Y/N's POV:

Today was going to be a long day. Especially when you don't have a home. I lived on the streets inside the walls. I had clothes, but they were very dirty. And I got some food every once in a while. I got bullied. And hurt. I was asking politely for money and food and a home but, everyone thought I was faking it.

"Excuse me, ma'am. Do you have an-", I asked a lady with grocery bags in her hand. "Ew. I don't have anything for you fake homeless girl. Wait. I do have something!" I was so excited to see what she had. Until she just stuck her middle finger up and walked away.

I was broken. I would never find a home. I would never get a decent meal. I would never have a life. That's what stuck in my mind. For years. I put on some shoes with a pretty but dirty dress and moved to a different spot.

I settled in near a tea shop that was right across from a grocery store. I sat there for hours. I didn't bother to ask anyone for anything. I knew they would say something rude. Or mean. I took out a book from a bag I found on the road. It was a book about a girl that got lost in a forest and some animals helped her get out. She began to really like the animals and decided to stay. She had a lot of fun adventures with them. I was reading that until someone came up to me. Their shadow covered the words in the book so couldn't see anything.

I looked up to see Humanity's Strongest Soldier, Captain Levi Ackerman. My heart was racing. He was so superior. I've heard many people talking about him. How he killed a whole bunch of titans. Or how he was able to tame Eren with no problem. And I've heard girls talking about how he was short but really attractive.

"Uh- He-hello. D-do you ne-need something?" I asked nervously. I was trying to sound formal and serious but it didn't come out the way I wanted it to. "Hi. Are you homeless?", he asked. I nodded, feeling ashamed. "Wow. You're too beautiful to be homeless. Come with me." He put his hand out and I grabbed it. He pulled me up and looked at me. I was slightly shorter than him so I had to look up.

"Do you want to go and get some tea with me?", he asked. I blushed a little bit. "Sure!", I said. I was finally going to get something decent. It may just be a little cup but for a homeless person, that meant the world to me.

We went into the shop and got a table next to the window. I looked around to see if there was a menu but I didn't see anything. Then a waiter came by. "Good afternoon you two. What can I get for you today?" Levi looked at me, signaling me to order first. I didn't know what I wanted. "Um, do you have a menu. This is my first time here." I giggled. "Sure! I can get one for you. What would you like sir?" "Black tea, please."  "Coming right up." The waiter left and we waited.

"I should've asked for a menu for you to look at. My bad", Levi admitted. "Oh, it's fine. I think I might just get what you got.", I smiled. The waiter came back with a menu. "I don't think I need this anymore. I'll just have some black tea as well. Sorry about that.", I said. "It's ok! I will be back with your orders." the waiter left and Levi turned to me. "So what's your name?", he asked distinctively. "My name is F/N, F/N L/N."

"That's a nice name. I'm sure you know my name already but I'm Levi Ackerman. It's nice to meet you." I smiled. "Here you go! Enjoy." the waiter popped up out of nowhere and said. He gave us our drinks and left.

I grabbed the handle of the cup and started drinking. It was good but it needed a little bit of sugar. I grabbed the sugar and sprinkled some then tried it again. This time it was perfect. "Is it ok?", he asked, it sounded like he was really concerned. "Yeah, it's really good! What about you?" He grabbed his cup in a weird but simple way. He didn't the handle at all. He grabbed the cup right below the rim and that's how he drank it. "Mine is good as well." We went back and forth asking each other questions. Birthdays, zodiacs, family, friends, occupation. Then he asked me how I became homeless. "Oh wow um. Well, my father caught a really bad virus and he passed away. My mother and I relied on him for money so we became really poor. We got kicked out of our house and ended up on the street. Then one night she was murdered and I was left by myself. There were some generous people that took me in but only for a short amount of time. I was passed around until I grew too old to be taken care of, which was about 19. And I've been on the streets ever since." He just looked at me. No reaction. Just a blank stare.

We went on and talked about normal stuff. We ended up finishing and paid. Well, he paid obviously. "Do want to stay at my place? I'm sure you don't want to be in the streets all night." "Yeah, sure!"

He took me to what I thought would be a normal room. Bed, dresser, and bathroom. But it was like an office on one side and a bedroom on the other. "You can take a shower if you want. I'll be here signing these papers. Just make yourself comfortable.", Levi said. "I would love to but I don't have anything to wear." I was kind of guilt-ridden when I said that.

"Oh, it's ok. Here.",Levi gave me a shirt and some pants. "Thank you." I took a shower and changed.

I stayed with Levi for months. He finally told me how he felt about me and he asked to marry me. Of course, I said yes and we started a life together.
