Hyun Bin smiled at the note written by his Nae Sarang. Early in the morning Ye Jin had gone to work. She left a note for Hyun Bin.

Hyun Bin is still on holiday spending time with his beloved wife and daughter. Hyun Bin will spend all the time he has with Areum. He seemed to reciprocate the times he had missed while Areum was growing up. Areum is also getting closer to her father. Even now she is asking for Hyun Bin's attention more than Ye Jin.

Today is a special day for Hyun Bin and Ye Jin. Hyun Bin wants to make a surprise for his beloved wife. He plans to make a cake to celebrate that special day. So, he brought Areum for grocery shopping.

"Appa, what do you want to do with these stuff?" Areum asked. She was curious to see her father buy ingredients to make something.

"Areum Sweetheart, today is Appa and Eomma's special day. Can you help Appa later?"

Areum nodded excitedly.

"We want to make a surprise for Eomma!" Areum clapped her hands happily.

"Sweetheart, you are now Appa's baker assistant." Said Hyun Bin proudly.

So Hyun Bin and Areum put on an apron and began to concentrate on the cake recipe.

"Well... the process of making a sponge cake, the first thing is to beat the egg white until it is foamy... How do we beat the egg white?"

He looked at the picture and found a similar big bowl, and then began to break eggs.

"Appa, this way!" Areum helped her Appa to make a cake.

After a few hours, Hyun Bin and Areum finally managed to make a cake. Areum admires the greatness of her Appa making cake.
