As soon as Ye Jin enters the bedroom, the whole of the Hyun's family was there. Mama Hyun continues to attack her daughter-in-law.
"Hey, Gold Digger! Why are you left Bin alone? Are you going fucking another man?!"
Ye Jin remained calm listening to his mother-in-law's mockery.
Then, she approached her husband who was sitting on the sofa, holding his head. He looked in excruciating pain. He heard his mother's words makes him more stressed. His eyesight is blurred.
Just a few minutes ago, he had been searching for his Nae Sarang in the kitchen, but he saw his Nae Sarang and his youngest brother, Joon were alone. He listened Joon accuses him that he can't be a 'man' enough for his Nae Sarang. That's makes him attacked by headaches.
"Oppa, are you alright? Your Nae Sarang is here."
Ye Jin said gently.
"Your Nae Sarang will ease your pain, okay?"
But, Joon's accused words still haunting in Hyun Bin's mind.
"Fuff... Please don't pretending to be nice." Mama Hyun add fuel to the fire.
"Go! Get out of here!"
"I don't want to see her!"
"Tell her to go!"
Hyun Bin covered his ears from hearing Mama Hyun's mock to his Nae Sarang. He could not bear to hear his mother mocking his Nae Sarang. He wants her mother to be quiet.
He also wants his Nae Sarang to leave. Let Nae Sarang live with whoever man she wants. He is not a perfect man for Nae Sarang.
Ye Jin trying to calm Hyun Bin down. She held her husband arm.
"Oppa, calm down..."

Ye Jin has already brought medicine to reduce Hyun Bin's pain with a glass of water.
"Jeez, this melodrama queen just acting to take care of you, Bin."
Hyun Bin hears Mama Hyun talking rudely again to his Nae Sarang.
"Go! I don't want her! Tell her to go!" Hyun Bin pushed the hand in front of him.
He is angry with his mother. He did not know the hand that he pushed is his Nae Sarang's hand.
"Oppa ... It's me, your Nae Sarang. Eat this medicine, then we will take a rest, okay?"
On that time, Hyun Bin has lost his mind. His pain was on the peak. As a result, making him did not know what he was doing. He began to act violently. He held both of Ye Jin's hands. His vision darkened, his head about to explode.

He pushes his Nae Sarang with all the energy he has. It was as if he was throwing his pain away.
In the blink of an eye, there is the sound of falling objects followed by the sound of broken glass.

"Ye Jin ah!"
"Eonni!"
"What happened to Ye Jin?"
The whole of the Hyun's family was shocked and panicked.
"Whatever it is, Hyun Bin must go. Every time we let him in this situation, we are endangering him and others too. Let's try to see what happened earlier. You have to convince him to do his further treatment." Doctor Jang insisted.
"These painkillers only relieve his pain for a while, but it's not reduced his pain. His condition is like a time bomb. He could be worse anytime."
The Hyun's family are talking to Doctor Jang about Hyun Bin's condition. Doctor Jang wants Hyun Bin to be taken for medical inspection in Seoul. He must see a brain specialist doctor. His condition is getting worse.
Hyun Bin regrets for his abusive actions towards his Nae Sarang. He did not even know what he was doing till hurt his Nae Sarang.
It's not his fault. But the pain he experienced was burdening his Nae Sarang too much. His Nae Sarang became the victim of his pain.
He doesn't need time to think anymore. He has already made the final decision, for the best of his Nae Sarang and himself, too!
