~Reader's POV~
Elizabeth fell asleep around 30 minutes ago now and me and the gang are talking. « So
(Y/n) what have you been doing these past ten years? » Ban asked me. "Taking care of this big idiot" I answered pointing at Diane.
We laugh while Diane just give me a pouty face. "Foods ready!!" I hear someone yell. They bring out the food and I can't lie it looks good. To bad I can't eat it... I grad a plate and start putting food on it, I start walking to Eli ignoring the confused glancing coming my way.
Only Meli knew i was a demon, to be specific a blood demon. Yep, I can only drink blood eating normal human food makes me through up. I reached Elizabeth's sleeping body, she seems so peaceful. Must be lucky... "Eli it's time to wake up!" I say shaking her a bit.
Her eyes open and she looked at me. I hand her the plate of food, she looks at it then back at me smiling. "Thank you Lady (Y/n)!" She says as she sits up a bit and starts eating. I sat quietly beside her. She looked up at me in confusion.
"Aren't you going to eat to Lady (Y/n)?" She asks innocently. I stiffen a bit but look back at her. "I'm not that hungry right now" I say rubbing the back of my neck.
She was about to say something but got cut off by someone yelling 'OW'. I suddenly freeze, I smelled it, the one thing I refused but my body yearn for it. Blood.
I guess after forcing myself not to drink for 10 can really kick the thirst boost. Apparently I've been spacing out for long because as someone snapped me out of it I'm met with everyone in my face.
"Woah! Maybe a little too close there!" I say trying to sound as normal as possible. "You spaced out for a long time are you okay?" Diane asks me. "I'm fine really guess I just got lost in thought haha" I say laughing nervously.
"Alright then!" Diane says as she and Eli starts talking. Bans already passed out but I have someone else to worry about. Meliodas was standing in front of me with a worried look.
I turn my head as if confused innocently. Meli didn't say anything but just grabbed my hand and lead me somewhere inside privately since everyone was outside.
~Elizabeth's POV~
I see as Sir Meliodas drags Lady (Y/n) somewhere. My curiosity is killing me and excused myself from Lady Diane to follow them. As I hide sneaking to wear they are I stop when I'm close enough.
"How long..?" He says darkly. I've never seen Sir Meliodas like this before! "What do you mean..?" Lady (Y/n) says innocently.
"You know damn well (Y/n)!!" He yelled. She flinched. "You know you can't survive without it!!" He yelled but not loud enough for the others to hear. I cover my mouth. Lady (Y/n) isn't taking some that she could... die.. from? Is she sick??
"I didn't want innocent live to be taken away because of me!!! I can't take that!!" She yelled back. "YOU CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT DRINKING BLOOD (Y/N)!!!" He yelled. She.. what..? "I-" she got cut off. "How long..?" He says trying to stay calm. "Meli-" she got cut off again. "How long?!?!" He yelled. "Ten years!" She says instantly covering her mouth.
"(N/n).." He sighs as he pulls down his shirt collar and drawing his broken blade out. "Meli what are you.." she looked kinda scared. Then he put a small cut at the side of his neck. She tensed. "Drink." He says forcefully. "N-no! I-I don't wanna hurt you!!" She protested as she looked away. I couldn't watch anymore and I tippy toed out of there and started thinking about it.
~Reader's POV~
"N-no! I-I don't wanna hurt you!!" I protested and look away from him. I'm now feeling an intense thirst I know I can't hold it for long.
He grabbed my chin making me look at him.
"Look I'm gonna be fine okay? You're not gonna hurt me but please do this... for me?" He says. I see tears threatening to leave his eyes.
I hesitate but I look him in the eyes. "Tell me when to stop." He smiles and nods. He let's go of my chin and I place my head at his neck. I bit into his neck and started sucking the yearned blood that my thirst has been wanting for years.
I try my best to stay in control and then I stop when I had enough. I lift my head but I couldn't look him in the eyes. "I'm alright
(N/n), do you feel better?" He asks. I look at him. He's fixing his coller that covers the bit mark perfectly. I nodded and mumble and quiet thank you. He gives me his famous smirk.
"We're gonna have to find Merlin soon huh?" He says. Merlin also knows I'm a demon but she doesn't mind which is amazing and she gives me blood pills that fill my thirst.
"Let's go back out" He said walking away. I smiled, I'm so happy to have him.
Oh would i do without him...
I'm sorry that this chapter doesn't have fighting but I promise next chapter is gonna be the necropolis. I hope you enjoyed byeeeeee❤️❤️❤️
