~Reader's POV~
"Oh, who cares about that." Ban says, walking out of the tavern. "We've got to do something about my clothes." He whines. "Just cover your six pack with an apron." Meliodas told him. "That's not important now!" Diane exclaims, crashing her fists into the ground, sending all of us except for King who's perched comfortably on the giant's shoulder flying.
"Why do I have to stay and mind the bar?" She whines. "Listen Diane.Ever since a giant went wild at their festival a few years ago, they've all been banned from town." I explain to her. "But we'll come right back as soon as we see what's up." Meli reassure her. "But it's gonna be boring!" Diane complains.
"Don't worry, Diane, I'll stay with you." I says, causing Diane to look at her happily. "What, really?" Diane ask. I nods. "I'd love to spend some more time with my best friend." I says. "I though I was your best friend!" Meliodas whines clinging on to my arm. I roll my eyes. "My best girl friend dummy" I reassure him as I pat his head.
"I'll stay too! It'll be girl time!" Elizabeth says. "It'll be so much fun!" Diane says happily. "We'll be leaving now, you guys have fun. And maybe you can get more food for the cavern? Bye!!" Meli says running towards the village after. The boys follow him. "Now let's go get food I guess." Diane says bored. We start walking in the forest, I decide to climb the trees while looking.
"So Diane how are you and King going?" I ask her smirking a bit. She blush's a little. What do you mean?! I like the Captain!" She argues. "I think you and Sir King would be cute together" Elizabeth says. Diane blushes more.
"W-Whatever! Anyways (Y/n) how about you stop be lazy and come down here." Diane tells me as she looks at me. I start relaxing in the tree. "Nah I'm good." I say. "Oh look a mushroom we can use that for dinner!" Elizabeth motions to a big mushroom. I remember that mushroom. Then it clicked in my mind.
"I wouldn't go-" I was too late it already shrunk them. Now there naked in front of me. I blush and cover my eyes. I'm not that perverted. "I'll make Eli a dress since she's tiny but Diane you wear Elizabeth's uniform." I say still closing my eyes and jumped down the tree. "Okay!" I hear the girls say as I start walking to the cavern them following slowly. The image is not leaving my mind.
I'm to gay for this, also I think I've been hanging with Meli to much. I roll my eyes, I take a small peace of fabric and start to make a small blue dress for Eli. Diane walks in the cavern with Elizabeth's uniform on. "That's kinda... tight" I say looking at her. She nods.
I hand her Eli's dress because I'm not gonna dress her. She takes it and I turn away. "You can look now" Eli says after sometime. I turn and see mini Eli in the blue dress. "You look beautiful Love" I wink at her. She blush and mumbles a little thank you.
"This means we can go do the competition!" Diane says excited. "I guess but wear this then, to surprise them" I say as I pass her a cloak. "Good idea!" She grabbed it and put it on. "I'll take Eli so you can fight easier" I take Elizabeth from Diane and put her on scarf. "You hide there okay?" I say looking at her. She nods and snuggles in my scarf. I blush as I feel her on my shoulder. "Hey (Y/n)?" Eli asks. "Yeah?".
"Why is your neck and shoulder purple?" She asks. I tense a bit but quickly calm down. "Just a tattoo I got a long time ago." I say. Hopefully she believes me. "Okay!" She says. "Let's go guys!!" Diane says. She starts running to the village. "This'll be fun.." I mumble. Eli laughs as I start running after Diane.
-Time skip a bit-
"Well stay here so the guys won't see us." I tell Diane. She nods and runs off. "How are you doing in there Eli?" I ask her. "Fine" she answers. "I'll tell you when it starts so you can poke your head out a bit" I say. Then I feel her lean against my shoulder and nod, then I feel her hand going across a bit of my demon mark. I start blushing.
Where me and Eli are standing we can see everything. Diane signs up and she easily makes it to the finals. We have a bit of trouble with progressing, but after some difficulty, Diane beats the opponent, her identity revealed.
She walks up to the rest of our friends. "Oh well! And here I was, hoping to stay hidden just a little while longer. Yup, it's me!" Diane says cheerfully. "Um, do I know you?" Meliodas asks Diane. Me and Eli giggle. Diane frowns and punches Meliodas and then walks off in the direction of a stone building.
"Hey! Wait, Diane!" King shouts from behind her. Diane turns around to face him as he bombards her with questions. "Is it really you? What in the world happened to you? How did you become this size, anyway? And where's (Y/n) and Elizabeth? Wasn't they with you?" "I'm right here!" I wave, walking up to them.
King's eyes look at me curiously. "What about Elizabeth?" He asks. Elizabeth pokes out of my scarf. "Here!" She says. Kings eyes wider then he runs of to tell Meliodas our current problem. A few moments later, we all meet in the same place that the final rounds where decided to explain what happened.
"A giant mushroom?" Meliodas asks, examining Diane. Diane nods. "It happened after you guys went into town. (Y/n), Eli and I were gathering ingredients for dinner in the forest though (Y/n) was being lazy and up in a tree, but then the giant mushroom came and shrunk us! I ended up having to borrow Elizabeth's clothes for the time being."
"Got it." Meliodas says. "But, erm, where exactly is Elizabeth ?" She waves her hand again and reveal herself. "I'm right here. (Y/n) had to make me a dress but I still have to stay hidden" She explains to everyone. "It was like a eringi mushroom, a variation of the Chicken Matango." King says.
"They're monsters that are timid by nature and rarely show themselves out in the wild. But whenver they do feel threatened, they release spores that shrink living things." He continued. "Why didn't you say something from the beginning?" Meliodas asks Diane.
"It's just..." Diane starts to say. "I really wanted to surprise you, Captain!" She shouts, jumping into his arms. King shrieks and I giggle and roll my eyes, knowing that this is all a play to see how King will react. "I've been jealous of the girls for so long now!" Elizabeth lets out a squeak in surprise, I just smile.
"But you're the one who threw yourself at me." Meliodas says, obviously uncomfortable. "H-Hey, get off him, Diane!" A flustered King exclaims. I laugh silently at him.
"So, how has the match been going?" Meliodas asks as Ban walks in looking for I'm guessing King. "Well, there's not much to talk about that middle-aged baldy is way to weak." Ban explains, pointing to the very much one-sided match.
The match is easily one, and soon it is King's turn. He of course, loses his fight, because King is pretty weak without his weapon. Next up is Ban's and Meliodas' battle, or as the rest of town sees it, Meliodif and Ba'an. I sigh.
Who in their right minds would come up with those obvious and dumb names? Meliodas and Ban step up into the ring, and a shiver flies down my spine. It's been a while since I saw the two of them fight, especially in such seriousness. I can't help but wonder, who will win?
